Modern, spotlessly clean hotel.

The only negative issue was that there was no restaurant available in the evening, so it meant having to take a taxi to town. However, there was a nice pizza shop just across the road.

Nice hotel, quality of beds are great, Hotel is close to restaurants and has a parking garage. Fitness is well equiped.

Had to wait a little before hot water was avaliable under the shower, if you want to do some work in the room, chairs are not the best.

The staff was super friendly and kind. They really did everything to make you feel welcome

The restaurant was supposed to be open until 22.00 but at 21.15 was already closed. They charged 10 euros even if the car was parked in the street. I asked for an official book of claims and they didn't give it to me. They offered me to write an email to the manager.This is not a business hotel but they charge as it was.Not recommendable.

Great location within Levice and convenient parking in a garage. A competent manager promptly apologized and partially solved the problem with our room.

FALSE advertising on booking.com. I have booked a suite for the entire family and expected to receive the same or a similar room that was advertised. Unfortunately, they put me into a smaller room without a balcony, and instead of a view of the square, I was looking into the inner courtyard. The one receptionist at the hotel was very unpleasant and had no intention of solving the situation, after insisting very vehemently she provided me with the number of her manager. Fortunately, this was a much more pleasant and competent person who apologized and we got a much better room within the hour. Even though it wasn't the one advertised on booking.com it was an improvement. A further disappointment was the buffet breakfast, we arrived at 9 am (closes at 10 am) to find most of the food gone and the waiter told us there is no point to refill it anymore. Needless to say, I refused to pay for it and left.

one slow elevator. some of the facilities were not available every day like bar. the restaurant closes too early.

Nice hotel, horrible staff, restaurant closes at 20.00hrs, food not eatable, bar not open at all, breakfast hopeless. No wonder that the amount of guests could be counted on one hand.

Everything as far as service, client friendliness, food etc. are concerned. No atmosphere at all. Back to the last century.

The hotel staff was very good and the services provided were essential. Due to the past COVID restrictions and slow return to normalcy in the city, the hotel was the only source of food available and the food available from the hotel was excellent.

Although the room was a very nice room, the chair in the room was very uncomfortable, particularly when required for business related activities.

It was clean, new and modern

I checked breakfast in the morning and the food tables and servers were so empty that I decided not to have breakfast. It looked poor.Too high price for the room.

breakfast was good, and all other meal breaks were excellent! many thanks to all Kitchen staff, food was perfect, amazing dishes, which were made with fantasy and love! many thanks!
