Comfortable room, nice hotel interior, polite staff, hotel in downtown, good location

Very nice and kind staff!

Hotel is very dark, and wifi was not possible to use due to low connectivity.

This hotel is very nice, it wasn't my first time there and every time I appreciate the rooms,they are big and clean, everything is new and elegant.

My room was far from reception and the wifi doesn't work, they should add a router.(Receptionist was very kind to change my room bacause of it)No bottle of water in the room and nothing in the room fridge.

I liked the HUUUUUGE room that I got! that was super appreciated.and the fact that this is very much in the center of Levice

the service is slightly slow, but ok the staff's English is not perfect... and I do not speak Slovak unfortunately.and, also the room was not warm. it would have been good in term of services to put ON the heater WAY before I arrived, and upon my payment of the room! that would have been very appreciated!but there were heater, and after a very hot shower, all was fine

Nice old building and great location

Dirty towels, dirty wellness, no available staff, no 24h receptionist, screaming and running children in the whole building, noisy rooms with closed windows, not relaxing at all.

There was a restaurant downstairs, even I was thinking for first 3 days that it was only a bar.

Breakfast was quite simple, but anyway found something to eat. Limited parking slots, but always found some place.

Pleasant

Probably last stay with Booking.com in this hotel. Overprized, unconfortable, cold room. According Booking.com it was last free room in this hotel, but it was not true.

The hotel was superb and the price was fair. The breakfast was decent but nothing special. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. One of us had to sleep on an extra bed, but it was also fine.

Nothing to add here, we were quite satisfied.

This hotel is centrally located, very clean, and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is very pretty.

It was very warm and we were given a remote for air conditioning, but it did not work well.

If personnel try to offer you room 104 cordially advise, you to reject the offer.WiFi is not available in the room (WiFi is available only close to the door, but not on the working desk or bed)In the room have only 2 (two) hangers; lamp on the working desk is without bulb.Small problems, but if you pay for the room normally you expected to see enough hangers for clothes and worked infrastructure.

There was a moldy curtain in the bathroom.No lift available for the guests.There was a very noisy public event in the hotel in main room downstairs the night before my departure. I couldn't hear the tv because of the noise and i could't sleep.Nobody apologized.The following morning the hotel charged me 20 Euro for the late check out, which obviously happened due to late night noise and lack of sleep.Iron and hairdryer only available at the reception. Iron was very dirty. It damaged my t- shirt. Nobody apologized when i complained at the reception. Will never ever stay in that hotel again.

The staff was polite and kind

Toilet flush did not work well, almost no warer came out of the faucet, the door of the shower didnt close all the way, the fly screen at the window was broken and bugs came in

A very nice hotel with antique furniture and atmosphere. The rooms very clean and the receptionist was very helpful. Compared to the price it was above our expectations. We needed an extra/spare bed for our friend, what we get immediately.

I could not add anything here. Everything was tidy and nice.

The location is great. Breakfast is included. The staff is great.

We stayed in an apartment. There was no hair dryer or a kettle.

Wifi wasn't very good at all

Location is good, since it is the center of the town. We could reach pretty much everything on foot. Parking was easy right in front of the entrance on the street.

When we arrived there was no one at the reception desk, however there was a half eaten plate of spaghetti left at the desk. We stared inside the office through the glass door for a while until someone got up and walked to the reception desk. I greeted the receptionist who just walked by us pretending that she did not see us, which was not possible of course. The checkin was ok, but I found her to be quite rude. The room was ok, however I found a used liquid soap on top of the shower walls, obviously overlooked by the cleaning staff. The bathroom was simply a glass walled area in the room, which although looked nice, but when one entered the room, the opened door exposed the person sitting on the toilet to the corridor. At least they should have put up some foil over the see-through glass to prevent this happening.
