- Nothing. The host cheated us, the temperature in the accommodation was 10 degrees Celsius, the accommodation was not suitable for staying there.
- Thanks to the wonderful owner of the house, our first visit to Bansk tiavnica turned into a lovely New Year festivity with her family. We couldnt possibily choose a better place to stay: the house is a true gem, incredibly well maintained and thoughtfully decorated.

Cons -
- The host cheated us, the temperature in the accommodation was 10 degrees Celsius, the unheated house was not suitable for staying there. We had to leave the place there on the day of arrival. The hotel provider promised to refund the amount paid on Booking.com on the first working day, but did not do so even after a week. He makes excuses, lies and hasn't answered my phone call in the last two days. I trust that Booking.com, as an intermediary company, will recover my money and that I will not have to initiate my own legal proceedings.
- Well lets start..when I made a reservation in Vila stiavnica I read that check in is between 14:00-20:00... I inform the owner ME at 13:00 that I would be there at 14:30... He's answer was that if I can make it until 13:30 because the girl at the room she will leave .if not being there at 13:30 then to go drink a coffee hahaha and come back again at 17:00. The thing is that he was the one who should inform me about this and not waiting for me to sent message..if I haven't sent message I wouldn't know nothing and strolling around.later they said the girl.was with covid... Then the rooms was suppose to have breakfast...we'll they didn't because the girl was with covid...and they told us they won't charge parking but I didn't asked them for parking at the beginning.we don't care about the breakfast is the generally idea was that they dont care.. i never met an owner so indifferent like this one...not even a message when is check out or where to leave the keys ...
