Perfect location next to ski slope in winter, nice restaurant and friendly staff.

Modern hotel and environment-friendly. The staff was helpful. Skifield is close.

The restaurant is big, crowded and very noisy during breakfast and dinner, because of too many guests.

- Room was very comfortable and clean - for cleanliness I would give 10/10- Good variety of food at breakfast- Beautiful nature around hotel- Plenty parking spots- Option to bring pets

- 2 small hot tubs in wellness area which were always full, hotel is very kid oriented so would be nice to have dedicated hours for adults only in spa, pool was full of children so would not recommend this hotel for couples without children- You can bring a dog to hotel but not to restaurant where is also breakfast/dinner buffet but you can bring a dog to bar where you can also order food- Restaurant is quite pricey - 28 EUR for buffet dinner or a la carte around 20 EUR per meal- Road leading to hotel from Banská Štiavnica can be challenging at night or during winter because of narrow road with lot of turns

Nice clean hotel in a very quiet environment. Good breakfast included in the price. Electric car charger is also available!

The walls of the rooms are made of paper, every word can be heard from the neighbourhood. It wasn't particularly disturbing, but still important to note..

Perfect hotel with even better wellness area. The surrounding area is pure nature, so excellent for activities such as hiking or mountain biking. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean.

Amazing breakfast suitable for people with intolerances. Exceptional staff, awesome location!

Really everything, amenities for children, animations, very good breakfast, staff was extremely nice and engaged, comfortable beds, good wi-fi. We had not the chance to visit wellness, so can't comment on this. We definitely would come back and recommend this property to any family with kids.

Rooms are very basic, bed is uncomfortable. Kids corner is a bit dated and toys are dirty

We could not decrese the heating so we had to keep the windows open far too much to find it ecologic...

It was our first stay at this hotel. We really appreciated a very attentive staff, beautiful location and excellent well

The hotel is modern, the bathroom spacious and well equipped. The breakfast had good variety, the room was quiet and spacious.

The a la cart food in the restaurant was only decent. Although the bathroom was clean and tidy, there were ants here and there. The road leading from the town to the hotel is narrow and dark what makes driving at dark quite challenging.

The staff is absolutely perfect, they represent the hotel in the best possible way - kind, polite and helpful all the time. Big thanks!The hotel itself is very well equipped for families with kids - indoor and outdoor playground, kids pool in the wellness, many activities around the hotel and even the little details as potty, small stair next to the sink, disposable bib etc.Rooms are comfortable, quiet and spotless - cleaned up daily.The restaurant offers a quite wide variety of food for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and the food is also prepared the way that even small kids can eat it - not too salty or spicy and really tasty. We've really enjoyed our vacation here and we will recommend it without hesitation.

Great location, renovated building with a very nice staff and activities. Very clean room, and spa.Kid playground was taken care with lot of activities and felt safe and clean all the time. The staff was incredibly nice as well, from the cleaning ladies to the restaurant waiters and reception.

The food was a bit overpriced. Sure it was tasty but I felt it was slightly overpriced anyway.Many activities could have been included in the price of the stay, and felt like as a guest we had almost the same experience as someone who would just come for the activities. The spa and breakfast were included though.

picturesque place! the service was amazing, great spa, high quality and delicious food. I’m traveling a lot due to my job and can say for sure, that food here is a great, simple, in a good meaning of that word, fresh, delicious and the variety of dishes is also good. the nature is amazing

Our stay was great, Room was spacious and comfortable. Food was amazingly good (half-board), and staff was very, very friendly and helpful (unusual for majority Slovak hotels). We also had great massage. Would definitely come back.

Too big restaurant and very noisy.

We stayed for the 2nd time and both time we enjoyed a lot the wellness, room, location, overall it is indeed a lovely place to relax to the utmost! The staff in reception was amazing: super friendly and helpful, the staff in wellness as well: always with smile on a face with kind approach and the massage was a real treat! :) Leaving on Sunday, I really felt re-charged, definitely recommended place to visit!

The only thing - and it was a repeated experience during both of the stay - was the staff in the bar: unfortunately here not only it was bad, it was simply horrible! Grumpy waitresses staying at the bar gossiping about the guests, complaining about their work and discussing who does smoke break while keeping the guests waiting for 10-15 minutes just to come to the table to bring the menu card while only having 3-4 tables occupied is perceived as extremely disappointing and the approach/talks of waitresses very unprofessional ruining the overall experience and in complete contrary to the overall hotel standards and benchmark. Obviously, hearing many other guests coming the the bar angry asking to place an order, or asking about the status of their order was a clear sign of failing service in this area.

The hotel is in a secluded part of the mountains right next to a ski slope. While the kids were skiing, we could take a walk or spend time in spa, play billiard or just relax. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, breakfast buffet was really rich and an animation programme for the kids was provided every day. All in all, this is a hotel where you can easily spend a week without getting bored.
