Receptionist saved our daywith her pleasant demeanor !And the breakfest was superb.

No AC…

The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. There is a kettle in the room, which is a nice touch. The staff is exceptionally kind and accomodating. There was a kitchen issue with restaurant and they were kind enough to offer us spa access as a compensation.

Nothing, everything was great. If I were to be nit-picky, maybe putting spa instructions also in English could help the guests follow the rules as intended.

The breakfast was adequate, not bountiful.

There is no lift. The room was not air conditioned. Had to leave the window open because it was hot. A Saturday night, revealers in the neighborhood kept up loud music and noise past 4:00 AM. Not conducive to restful sleeping.

Restaurant was great. Dinner was very tasty.

There was a music band practising in the room above me until at least 8 p.m. You don’t need this after a whole day of work.

I enjoyed the cleanless of the room and the bathroom and their tasty food in wide selection. I had no time to use the SPA facilities. Very conveniant location and friendly staff.

having to lug heavy suitcases to second floor because no elevator; late arrivals should be warned about that.

Breakfast was good with wide range of foods :) The place is very quiet, we slept very well. The neighbourhood is beautiful and the people was very kind and helpful.

Staff very friendly, helpful, always smiling, English speaking. Location is great, 4km away from Martin, quite place.Tasty food, good selection of local dishes on menu, not overpriced. During a week set menu consisting of a soup and a choice of a main course (€6).The hotel grows its own herbs which is used in a kitchen, you can find them in an outside seating area.A room has a refrigerator and a kettle, which we appreciated very much. Special deals for hotel guest to use Welness.Welness is small but enjoyable. Highly recommend to book it if you are staying.

Although we made no issue of it, when we check out we pointed out that our room needs a bit of maintenance work - toilet handler too loose, bath tub drainage was broken, hooks on the walls in the bathroom were too loose.Nevertheless, if we are staying again close near Martin area, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was absolutely silent! It was the quietest night sleep we had in a long time.

The pillows were a little bit small. I would probably leave some spare pillows in the wardrobe. Also the hot water seems to take ages before it comes out....

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection.Slovak cuisine dishes were delicious.

Coffee at the breakfast should be changed, not good. Safe in the room would be helpful to put laptop there.
