The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food is exceptional! the breakfast spread is very versatile with every option you can think of. - There is nothing I could say needs improvement
- The shower was a bit old fashioned, had a hard time adjusting the temperature, but it was no big deal.

Comfy bed.Nice sauna.Good TV.Breakfast was good.
We received a pair of used sheets, but therefore got upgrade to another room so that was resolved well.
Everything was super, the room, the staff, the breakfast, parking etc.
All super.
The breakfast was good. Staff friendly and professional.
Corridor was dated, dirty and smelled funny.
I thnik this is the only place where you can eat normal food in Kalix if you don't want to eat fake pizza, kebab, sushi, hamburger or other kinds of junk food. Had a nice dinner, nice breakfast and also nice lunch.Perfect position
No gym, no sauna, no other facilities
good location, found women’s hair on towels (tuft)…dirty bathroom and soft mattresses…before booking I called at reception and told me is fully booked (I spoke on English and I feel they don’t want me there)…after 3 minutes I checked on “booking.com”, I booked a room and was plenty of rooms available. Think they are racists and don’t like tourists/peoples from other countries.
Very good
Breakfast.. we came at 8am (breakfast server till 9am) and the buffet was also empty.. no coffee, fruits, cheese, jughurt.. when the plates were refilled the quality was good.
That we were upgraded because the first room the water in the bathroom was not running
Good
Hallways and elevators appeared outdated
