Breakfast was nicely presented and had many choices. I also loved the ambience of the interior furnishings and art work. The staff was very accommodating and I loved having tea, coffee and cookies available and the small refrigerator for things I needed to refrigerate was a bonus.

I can't think of anything. I loved the hike I took from the hotel and the location was very easy to find.

Such a great place to stay to see musk ox ! We saw 10 on a half day hike.

No reception open to leave bags out of hours.

The room had cozy mountain cottage vibes. Location was a very good base for hikes into the Dovrefjell area (such as musk ox trail). We experienced an issue in our room, but this was swiftly fixed by the staff by giving us a new room. Staff was helpful in meeting our wishes.

Very good breakfast and evening meal - food in general of a high standard. This hotel is in a fairly remote location though easily accessible via a good road it stands alone in glorious countryside. 10 minutes walk from the railway station, an excellent location for walkers and obviously heated up for this activity. We went for the walking and loved it!

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. They were always so lovely and helpful and the staff on duty helped us contact our bank when are phones were not working which would have caused us a lot of trouble if we had not been able to do that. We were extremely grateful for the assistance of the manager on duty that day.

The hotel restaurant only served a very expensive 3 course meal with no cheaper options available and it was a 20-30 min drive to the nearest restaurant

Very nice staff, nice room and beautiful surrounding! And the breakfast buffet was great.

Marcel was a great guy, very friendly, natural and helpful.The pictures on booking.com don't do justice to the charming rooms and stunning location. Great for train travellers.

Everything was just perfect, we did not expect this very high level and were very positively surprised.A strong recommendation from us to stay overnight and enjoy this hotel with its nice wooden rooms and the superb dinner and breakfast!

Absolutely nothing we did not like here, maybe except the weather...

Amazing food and lovely staff.

The bathroom is ready for a rehab. Until then, the luxurious soap and body lotion is a great supplement.

Dinner was ok but not worth 50 EUR. I advise towards more attention to fresh local products and more focus on few, carefully selected ingredients.The noise from the nearby road is acceptable but not pleasant.This was still our best hotel stay in Norway this year.
