Nice hotel, clean and staff was very friendly. Nothing to complain about

The AC in the room was making weird noises throughout the whole night, so it was waking me up. However, I do not think that this is a hotel wide problem. I believe it was only my room and it will get fixed

Location was good.

The hotel does not seem to understand the concept of housekeeping. Used glasses were simply not changed - despite multiple requests. Making of bed seemed to be a coin flip and nothing was cleaned. The bathroom hairdryer only works for 2 minutes before stopping and needing a one hour rest!Also, how can there be no lunch served at the hotel on weekends? Breakfast quality is quite average with little items refreshed and seemingly reused day after day.

Always a perfect stay here, of course. Staff is impeccable. Friendly, professional, helpful at all hours. No one could ask for better staff.Location is great, in a quiet corner very close to downtown, transport, and some great bars and shops. It is easy to walk anywhere, and there is a taxi service that is mostly dependable during earlier hours.I was lucky and got a good price on a very quiet night, which worked out perfectly for me. Rooms are large, clean, comfy as it is possible to be, and bathrooms are the same: spacious, clean, modern, comfortable.My stay is always perfect here, and it is my top choice when coming to the area, for sure.

Both Baltaci locations use very beautiful, comfy, clean, expensive tubs in the bathrooms. Really nice for baths, but impossible to use (at least for me) to take a quick shower, as the floor of the tubs are incredibly slippery. At the Atrium location, the restaurant doesn't open until dinner time (5pm) and then closes early (9pm), and the inside cocktail bar is long gone. Would be great if there were more options for meals or drinks outside of normal hours, but perhaps it isn't much of a need anymore. Breakfast is awesome, and there is one great wine place around the corner with basic food. However, for the hours I keep (concerts/festivals) I'm usually stuck with the mini-bar, which is fine, but I wish there was something more.

I chose the Hotel Baltaci Atrium since it is closest to my concert location and it was a most pleasent stay! The entire staff is very friendly and always helpfull. If I return to Zlin, I will definitely stay there again.

What to say? Everything here is always perfect 100%. Professional, friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour as always, (I'm always at Baltaci for a concert).Hotel and rooms always impeccably clean, modern, and quiet. Definitely the most comfortable of all the many hotels I stay in during the year.Breakfast incredible, lots of fresh options in a nice environment.Walking distance to trolley, train, and shopping / cafes.

The hotel is very nice, the reception staff are exceptional. Jitka and Theresa were very welcoming, which is so nice after a long drive from the airport. They were also very helpful knowledgeable regarding the local area. The hotel feels very open and spacious with nice Decor. The restaurant was also very good, as were the staff, I think its a constant theme throughout the hotel.

My room could do with some updating, wallpaper was peeling in one location, the AC was very noisy. Small things really, it didnt have a negative impact on my stay.

I was in Baltaci several times. They booked me the same room which I really appreciated. Room was clean. Staff at the hotel reception was OK.

Staff during the breakfast, breakfast in general. Poor selection of food during the breakfast, flies on the food. Hotel confirmed that if they do not have enough people (hotel guests) they do not prepare breakfast as usual. They prepare it in the back and bring it to each guest individually. Not so many options in that case. It was good hotel before, but now I can't recommend it due to problems with staff (they are laughing behind your back if you want smth from them). Breakfast staff made my stay there unpleasant. Director of the hotel as well. She approached to me during the breakfast while I was eating and started to talk to me loud about my complain (one guest had a breakfast at the next table and had to listen to what she is talking about), but I did not complain to anyone. It was all just because breakfast staff pointed me that I was not OK with the breakfast, because they saw it and they had a feeling! Maybe they should take care more about the guests, not to prepare the coffee for themselves during the breakfast, check if everything is prepared, there was spoon missing in the basket with a bread and I did not wanna take it by hands, so I asked them to bring it. It was totally unprofessional there! The hotel was sad in general, not so many guests, breakfast staff including young people from the local school who had a training there, were laughing behind the desk. Unfortunately there are not so many good hotels in Zlin, so not too much options where to stay if you wanna have some comfort at least. But due to this experience I'll never book the hotel again.

Location in city centre is most convenient! Hotel is spacious and offers parking place. Tasty breakfast and nice staff were also highlights of the stay.

Room may definitely benefit from slight restoration. Dark wood, dark leather armchairs and room decorations are outmoded.

The front desk staff was great. Location is was good..

Over priced! I booked the master sauna suit. The sauna in the room requires a front desk staff to turn on , and it kept shutting off, we had the clerk 4 times to the room to fix the problem (note in the room, do not touch the timer on the sauna, call the front desk clerk), so we did. The kitchen was closed when we arrived at 14:00, so we had to venture out for dinner (no room service available). The weather was not great and made for a longer than expected journey to find food. The "wellness" was not ready for guests ... All was just turned off and empty. The room... Large , but the TV was a good 10meters from the bed, so not easy to relax and watch a movie. There were "questionable stains" on the chairs, which meant I wouldn't sit on them. The coffee maker, I ran 6 large cups through (6 cycles), just to get clean hot water for tea. The breakfast , well...we arrived 15 minutes after it opened and all food was gone. We had to wait 15 minutes for new food, but it was half the menu foods from the photosI had to request food to be prepared (scrambles eggs and bacon)... I will never visit this hotel again. Even if there are small amounts of guests , they should be consistent on the level of service to price. I paid too much for the value given.

Keep doing this way, the hotel is perfect!

The rooms are spacious, staff very helpful and truly sweet. We had couple requests and both were met. It is a clean place, with excellent breakfast buffet. Every room has Nespresso machine, they also serve the same coffee at breakfast. Over all we were very happy!

Inconvenient late check in due to large group checking out before us, should have been revorded by little discount, perhaps for breakfast or recognized otherwise. It's these little things that make huge difference.

Breakfast was rich and tasty. Hotel location is excellent, walking distance form city centre

What's to say? Everything's perfect, as always. Exactly what you'd dream of from a hotel in every way, albeit in a small town with not much to do. I always feel lucky to get a room here when one's available and my life takes me to Zlin. It makes the journey worthwhile, or at least tolerable.
