Reserved, cold-nosed staff. Lack of welcoming atmosphere. Nonfunctioning facilities (bath tub not working, minibar full but warm)

+ Central location, spacious rooms- staff in the bad mood, angry waitresses in the morning, the heating was mild (winter), make sure before ordering sauna that they really make the temperature hot in the sauna and preheat the relaxation space.

Very nice place, great room, good location in the centre, very friendly staff.

Location, building, decoration, room size (was huge!!!), very comfy beds, nice furniture, rooms are clean and well maintained, excellent variety in Breakfast, with above average kinds of options (including vegan and gluten free), one receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, also maintenance manager was great. Not disappointed at all.

Central heating was too strong by the windows, fortunately the receptionist was very kind to be sure they fixed. Hot water in shower had little pressure. They provide bath salts, but there was no plug in the bathtub which was a pitty, since the bathtub size and shape is very inviting.Also the elevator broke down during my stay, which was inconvenient when having a toddler with a pushchair (again staff was helpful to ease the situation). Staff service in breakfast could be slightly better - one morning small spoons were missing and nobody bothered to refill them (or simply to show up so one could request) also when one of the offers was finished they didn't care to refill.

I liked the really big room, it was like a complete apartment

I didn't have the chance to park my car in front of the hotel, only for the parking area for which I had to pay. There was a dedicated parking area showed by the receptionist, but it was full, so I had to go back to the original parking area and pay for it.

A very comfortable hotel directly in the city centre, it was very clean, very well sound insulated (no noise from the main square), comfy beds and a very good breakfast. A restaurant and a wine bar situated on the ground floor of the hotel

Super helpful staff and wonderful location! They went out of their way to inform us about the parking situation due to the concert on the square and helped us with late check-in.

My room was huge and with a great view of the main square. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It has a nice wine bar on the ground floor and a terrace on the top floor.The price was good.I could keep my luggage there after checking out while I visited the city.

One of lights turns on/off by a sensor. It detects too well that it turned on although we were far away.Door hinges need lubricate oil. Please check regularly.

Location fantastic. In city center. Very comfortable beds. Big space. Separate beds. No need to stay on sofa. So very comfortable for family. We arrived late. There was no staff but all was good arranged and keys left at vinery. We baught nice bottle of CZ wine. Goid speciality. We really enjoyed the stay.

Location- located within the main square and within walking distance to the main attraction.Spacious- The room has enough space to move and with our pet, it was very convenient.

The access to the room was a bit inconvenient. We had to either go up several flights of stairs or wait for the elevator which usually took long.

- room not cleaned on arrival - floor not vacuumed (there were even some food leftovers on the floor), dirty/sticky bathroom floor, food leftovers in the fridge, dirty cups, sticky light switches, sticky air-conditioning remote control- moldy shower- no room service - no room cleaning during the stay, no taking out trash, no change of towels- no possibility to get fresh air into the room - upon opening the window, there was immediately a smell from an exhaust pipe from a nearby restaurant - from the morning until night- short bed- breakfast - a lot of things, but nothing usable: cold sausages, cold scrambled eggs, cold tea water (and if hot, then dirty), moldy grapes, wet pastry- noisy building - the room entrance directly at the stairway with the elevators- misleading listing showing 4 stars (someone might think that it is a 4-star hotel)
