Good location, comfortable and spacious room.

The smell from the bathroom was very pungent, we had to keep the window in the bathroom open all night.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our 3 week vacation. Wonderful staff, clean, updated rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, towels were soft and the room was huge.

I wish you could plug in the hot water carafe at the bar where it’s located. The cord won’t reach the outlet.

There had been no real air conditioning in room just a ventilator. Single room small and therefore bad air without air conditioning. If you open window there are gnats in your room pretty quickly. No net. Breakfast often empty or crowded. Unfortunately many people in breakfast area and it is just a small room. Just “normal” milk, no soja/oat, cereals all a lot sugared. All in all okay but for a four star hotel it could be more and more variety. The cheese and the choices of salami were pretty good though. Unfortunately room not cleaned every day and cleaning has been not decent enough for my needs. All in all okay but a little expensive for what you get.

Very nice place in the center of the city, with tidy room, very comfortable and well equipped. The receptionist was very friendly and helping me to change the reservation (she deserve 5 stars).

The restaurant was already closed at 7.30 PM.

The reception gal was so friendly and spoke English. We are riding bikes for 7 days and they had the perfect garage for us to store them. The 2nd floor room was a bit warm, but they had a quiet air conditioner to help cool things down. It's in a great location, not far from the plaza or grocery or bike shops. 17th Century monastery updated.

Excellent location of the hotel, just a very short walk away from the Kromeriz castle, within a very quiet and peaceful hotel complex. The building and rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, cozy and comfortable. Hotel restaurant a bit pricy but very well worth the money. The reception staff always available and very friendly.

Breakfast was good, but not very wide range of options for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast stock levels should be checked more frequently as there were multiple items running low at 8:30 already and more was supplied only once we notified the staff.

A very comfortable 4**** hotel close to the historical centre of Kroměříž. Friendly staff, well equipped rooms. The hotel campus is a historical site on its own and has a lovely genius loci.

Unfortunately bad experience from the restaurant where I had rotten Caesar salad. Verry soft mattress.

Close to the city center and walking distance to several restaurants in the area. Very quiet place so you know you'll get a good nights sleep.

The parking is a little small but manageable.

this place was a rainy day refuge. I would have been happy to hang out in it all day and read a book it was so cozy but we had big work to do here in the archbishop’s picture gallery . the gallery was our reason for coming to Kromeriz. the hotel very kindly let us come and check in early so that we could go to work on the pictures.they also found a superb masseuse to treat my wife’s ailing neck. and the restaurant connected with the hotel is first rate in every way

Wi-fi connection very unstable. Stable and strong wi-fi is for me very important, this is reason why I gave a rate 7.
