Staff were great, room was great

Booked a double, the bed was two twins pushed together

I stayed here with my son as he had surgery in Tallaght Hospital. Less than 10 minutes to the ward. Staff were really helpful and friendly

We like flatter pillows. The pillows were a bit bulky. We didn't ask for a change so I have no idea if they have different options.

Short walk to Tallaght Hospital and the Square shopping centre. Lucas right on the doorstep. Ideal location. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was comfy, spacious and spotless.

Size of the room, free parking under the hotel and the tram line into Dublin City right outside!

The staff here were very nice reception staff & bar restaurant staff were lovely. Luas stop just outside, shopping centre across the road, easy access to city centre on the Luas

Lovely, clean, spacious room, ideal location for my business trip. Overall - positive experience, staff were friendly/helpful. If arriving by car, take note that the Hotel Parking is on a different eircode - Euro car Park.

Breakfast - Continental - pretty basic, could definitely be improved - I did opt for room service, so there may have been more choice had I gone to the dining room.

Clean modern room.Friendly helpful staff. Good food. Close to LUAS.

Only one chair in the room.

Booked for my son. Breakfast included. He was told that he could only have toast and cereal. Cooked breakfast was extra. Poor show.

Not much space in the bar. Car park can be difficult to find.

Loved the twin room so spacious and the location was great too. If going with young people and friends there’s a lovely seating area on the first floor for them to sit.

Felt some of the staff in the bar/breakfast area weren’t always that friendly. Very mixed either very nice or made to feel we were an inconvenience.

It was within walking distance of The Square, Tallagh Hospital and the Luas.

Always excellent. All facilities and staff. Great value and perfect location for Civic Theatre.

Tight spaces in the Car Park but a positive is having the free Car Park in the first place.

Central location to Tallaght.

No complaints about the room. But can be noisy due to the Tram line located just outside the hotel and lots of feral gangs of teenagers hanging about outside.

It was a good size room, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable

The noise of the luas.

The Glashaus hotel was the ideal hotel for my needs last Sunday check in want until 3 but the receptionist made it her business to get us an early check in which was much appreciate

No complaints at all clean warm and quiet .Because I’m not from Dublin struggled to find it maybe a little more signage would be helpful

Just the noise of the luas outside the window was a bit but it’s not to bad it

Staff were so friendly and accomodating.

They're was no water in the room and bottles from the vending machine cost 3 euros.

Excellent value for money, rooms clean. Brilliant location with the luas outside which brings you to the 3 arena. Ideal for going to concerts. Free underground parking.
