Clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Staff were wonderful!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ashton, my server in the bar area took the time to speak with the chef about dietary concerns. The servers in the breakfast room were also wonderful as were each of the ladies at the front desk. Excellent staff!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!
The location was good
The room 117 was freezing. The radiator came on at half 12 and was cold again by half 1. When it came on I tucked the curtains behind it to try and heat the room but it wasn't on long enough for that. The room was beside an alley where kitchen staff were emptying bins and banging until 4am. The site said room with city/street view which it definitely was not. Breakfast was not good. Fry was like rubber and when it arrived at the room which we paid extra for it was cold..
Beautiful food
Construction works and the power outage
The room as a good size and the bed was comfortable
There were building works going on that I was informed of on arrival, which really impacted my work. Then there was a very loud dance class in the evening. The breakfast was not good.
The entire hotel is lovely. The Staff are all friendly and polite, greeted with a smile. Food is wonderful. The management should be very proud of the staff they employ.
There is nothing not to like about this hotel.
We stayed in 110 and it was so airy and full of light. The room wasn't the biggest, but the way it was designed was so clever and so unique. We had food in the bar and the waitress couldn't be more helpful, a lady in her 50's from a different country. She made our time very homely.
Staff location facilities car parking
Helpful staff. Good food. Excellent breakfast.
right in the center close to everywhere
the stairs not easy to carry big suitcases but the staff very helpfull thanks
Location, restaurant, clean, friendly staff.
Nothing comes to mind at all.
Great location. Wonderful staff, cleanliness terrific. Bar/Restaurant with good food on the ground level. When we visited there was a heat wave so the A/C was terrific (since most accommodations in Europe do not have A/C). Would recommend, for sure.
I liked it all.
Easy to find and central location. Easy to walk around town. Parking worked well and not to far to walk between hotel and car park.Breakfast provided excellent selection.
I didn’t like narrow corridors and no lift but not a big deal really
Great location in center of Tralee. Breakfast was good.
You had to find your parking but it was free for overnight.
Nicely appointed room; good bathroom; great breakfast options
Parking: had to park at the church overnight
We ate dinner in the pub area, it was amazing food. It was one of our last nights in Ireland so we were willing to pay a little more then we did in other locations. It was worth every penny. We also had the breakfast that was great as well. Nothing bad to say about the food or the room.
This is something we found everywhere we when, but stairs and carring our luggage up and down them. Not a lot but everywhere we stayed had them.
Bar for dining & breakfast room was excellent - have the full breakfast & really enjoyed it. Room was newly decorated & very clean with a window
Room could have been a bit bigger & not much of a view but it was a reasonable room with a window which is important
Brilliant location, stylish hotel, amazing breakfast, nice bar, friendly staff, comfortable clean
Parking too far away and not enough room for drop off/pick upNoisy air con right outside the window
