The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. They made us feel right at home. We had a beautiful large room that overlooked the water. The room was extremely comfortable and luxurious. I would stay there again when I am in Sneem.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful picturesque backdrop of the mountains and a lake; excellent dinner and great breakfast options; very spacious room and the view from the room was dreamy; the staffs were very pleasant and friendly; warm hospitality

The hotel is beautiful and clean, spacious rooms, gorgeous views from the room, very welcoming front desk.

No fridge in the room, long wait at the restaurant and food was mediocre, no pool.

Lovely walk to the jetty, scenery was amazing. Sneem village was great.

My only quibble is handing out the toast at the beginning of breakfast so when you get to it - its cold & rubbery!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sneem Hotel—fantastic staff, spacious rooms, and breathtaking mountain/river views. Our dog loved it too, especially meeting Red (the hotel’s dog), though we had a scary moment with another aggressive dog by the river (not the hotel’s). Just a heads-up for dog owners to be cautious near that area.

Loved our stay here. Just a few minutes walk from the town it’s an excellent location. Food was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Unprofessional conversations between staff members in front of customers, lack of friendliness all round. To be honest it looked like most members of the staff didn't want to be there.Had asked in advance for a quite room to which they said yes to, however at night children were running up and down the corridors knocking on people's doors shouting room service. Awoke our 5 year old twice and had to call down to reception to make a complaint

The staff went above and beyond for me and my partner. We got an upgrade and desserts sent to the room for our anniversary and they were so helpful with everything.

Service was very slow at breakfast. There were three people working and it took them 20 minutes to come take our order and then we had to constantly go up to them to ask for toast etc as they did not come to check on the tables. The table next to us had the same issue. Food was not great either at the restaurant for dinner. The room, although a sea facing room, was one of the rooms that is connected to another so noise travelled from our neighbours. We were up until 2am as they were having an argument and we could hear every word… not the relaxing stay we had planned! For over 250 euro a night it was not worth the price paid in our opinion.

The staff service was very poor. Reception for check in/ check out and for dinner the service was very poor.

Lovely setting and lovely hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful. Christmas decorations were fabulous a lot of effort put into them.

The excellent view from the back of the hotel and the Peregrine Falcons.It was off season so plenty of room in the hotel and car park.Enjoyed the surprise of photos of Charles de Gaulle's 2 week visit to Sneem in 1969.

Hotel very comfortable lovely staff we had very nice breakfast beautiful surroundings definitely would return
