All of the staff from housekeeping through to concierge were friendly and helpful.

The food was outstanding and staff very helpful

Our bed was very uncomfortable and very hard and we were in a front room and heard everything from street below

Location, style or hotel.

Mattress and room layout we weren’t great

Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable room. Very helpful staff.

Everything, great staff, attentive and friendly. Beautiful hotel and rooms.

Nothing, we could fault.

Stayed in the Royal suite, fabulous room & comfy bed. Met a lovely porter called John who was very friendly & helpful

Good

Despite the restaurant being half empty they told us we could not be facilitated if we didn’t have a reservation.

Location, room, lobby, staff, all excellent!

Lovely accommodation. Staff were very attentive and kind. Met all of our needs. The room was exceptional, spacious and comfortable. Perfect location to city center full of restaurants and bars. The entire town of Killarney is friendly and inviting. Loved it!

It was even better than the pictures.

Inside room had no view, but then again, there was no street noise.

Hotel is beautiful. Room was really comfortable and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom felt a bit dated but shower was nice and big. Great temperature control in the room. Excellent location.

Parking was free but confusing and a bit stressful as I was arriving during rush hour. The receptionist didn't explain that even though the offsite parking lot is free for guests there are still signs saying to pay that you're supposed to ignore. Also, it would have been nice to have a proper desk in the room rather than just the vanity.

The place has a regal charm, with elegantly styled rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff are exceptionally kind and supportive, adding to the warm and cozy atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, 4 min walk from the train station.

At first, I was slightly annoyed by the requirement to hand over my room key at the reception every time I left. But upon reflection, I found it to be a thoughtful and personal touch. Being greeted by a staff member each time I returned, accompanied by a genuine smile, turned this small routine into a moment of connection that I came to truly appreciate.

The stay was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very cooperative.

Beautiful boutique hotel and extremely well located. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning did not cool well in our room.
