Great location, wonderful staff, perfect breakfast

Loved it... the loaction is superb, and the staff even better. Very welcoming and helpful. We just 'surfed the web' and found the place and the town. Wonderful hotel and nice town. We got a nice upgrade as well! We could have stayed a week. Highly recommend it.

Wi-fi... We were on the top floor and the wi-fi was basically a bust. It worked a few times but 90% of the time no good. Had some work I had to do so I had to go to the lobby. Probably just a router problem. Our stay was fantastic otherwise!

The location being on the sea was the best part, the breakfast restaurant and bar are other pluses.

Thru Booking,com we booked 2 identical rooms, when we checked in, we only received one of the rooms we booked and had to paid for. The additional was room sub-par and a less expensive room than we had booked based on the hotels website. The staff was unable to make any monetary adjustments as we had booked thru booking.com. We were told we should have booked directly with the hotel. The hotel alsolacked sufficient parking at check in due to the dinner hour causing a chaotic unload and requiring us to find our own spot to park and more our vehicle later.

Guy behind the bar had no personality and no interest in his job. All the other staff, though, could not be more helpful.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were nice and clean.

It didn't have a lift. Parking was limited.

Arrived to be informed restaurant was closed without explanation. With kids we were planning to eat in and wouldn’t have booked had we known this ahead of time. Had a family room on the first floor (very basic) but got little to no sleep with the sound of people walking around on floor above. Door banging constantly throughout the night. There was nobody manning reception so impossible to discuss with anyone. Appeared to be very little staff around. Overall extremely disappointed for price charged (c€300 for one night).

Hospitable, courteous and approachable staff across the board. The range of breakfast choice on offer and the quality of the breakfast items I had were of 5 star standard and beyond . The bedroom was standard, clean, bed very comfortable ??, but showering towels were size inadequate for an adult.

People were wonderful, room was nice, the view from the front of the hotel was top notch and the restaurant was quite good. Charming area.

Virtually no parking. And do NOT stay there on a Saturday night. They had music in the pub that started ate 10 PM and lasted until well past midnight and despite being on the 3rd floor, we could hear it like it was in the next room. For what we paid, that should NEVER happen!
