The Victoria

Everything was great. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great. I would gladly recommend The Victoria Hotel in Killarney.

The staff, especially Maura and Noel, were very friendly and accommodating.

The photos do not match what the room actually looked like. It was smaller and more dull than the photos depicted.

All of the staff, especially Maura, were outstanding. Super friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was so pretty with beautiful decor and spotless clean. Make sure you eat in their restaurant, the food was amazing and very good value.

The rain prevented me from exploring the area

Breakfast food quality was amazing. We tried about everything and all were great. Best bed we had in Ireland.The staff was very accommodating and helpful with tips. They suggested that we get reservations on a "bank holiday" weekend and we forgot. When we couldn't get in anywhere last minute, they let us order their restaurant food in the breakfast area outside of the restaurant. I suggest to book any trips through the hotel because Deros Tours will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

It was a 1.3 mile walk to city center. Normally not a problem but in the days we were hiking all over so it was a lot. There is a bike rental that we could have but didn't use. We did get a taxi once which was easy.

Breakfast was delicious. Great staff.

A bath towel was tattered and a slight stain. Bed was very firm to me which is more a preference then principle.

Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff helped us to plan our activities in the area.

The temperature in our room was too warm.

Maura at reception was very helpful & welcoming. The hotel was amazing from start to finish & very clean. Staff were welcoming and facilities in room were excellent and had accessible shower. Room was spotless & very comfortable

Location, food, and staff

The rooms were very very warm during our stay. Opened the windows but they are limited opening. A ceiling fan or air conditioning would be good

The breakfast. A good choice to choose from. I had avocado on and eggs, avocado was grey in colour and inedible. My partner had scrambled eggs and they microwave cooked and tasted 2/10

The hotel’s proximity to various location and how well-kept it is. Additionally, staffs are brilliant, welcoming and accommodating especially Maria in the front desk who welcome us warmly.

The dinning area was a little cramped but staff were all great and helpful also the food was really good.

the bedroom decor was very dark and it made the room dark especially at the rear of the building also room 204 had lots of noise from the stairs and music from the downstairs

Chose this place as near to the concert hall, next door. It was perfect although a pitcher had to rise so early to catch a flight, as the bed was so comfortable!

A couple of miles out of town, but not a problem as it’s a pleasant walk in.

So nice! Room was fab, we were travelling for a wedding and they let us check in early which was great! We also ate lunch in the bar, the food was lovely!

Friendly staff, impressive breakfast , ivy lounge is extremely comfortable, dinner was delightful.

Ideal location to attend a concert in The Gleneagle. Fantastic food and lovely bar.Ample parking.
