No heat and no electricity in one bedroom. Insufficient towels per in each bathroom.

It was very separate from the main lobby, restaurants etc...even though not that far, had to walk in the rain to get to the main location. Separate apartments felt just like that... very separate.

The apartment was very clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They even called a Dr for me to talk to because I was feeling a bit ill. Everything and everyone were great!

Modern luxury apartment with very spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms that are well equipped. There’s plenty of space for a family. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee are provided. The apartment is close to the National Park and just around 10 minutes’ drive from the town

I would have thought that access to the pool was included in the booking — €20 per person is quite costly for a family.

Location in park and the pub! Easy Walk to religious ruins. Close to Tork Waterfall and National Park.

Formal lounge was stuffy— and poor service. Pub was great tho!

Great space! Plenty of room for a family of four. Perfect location to start the Ring of Kerry Loop. Walking distance to Muckross house and Abbey. We went for a stroll in the evening to the Abbey and a run in the morning around the park and the house. Staff were very kind and accommodating- immediately finding solutions.

It was unclear from the booking sites that the apartments are not in the same building as the hotel. They are just across the parking lot, but FYI for future travelers.

The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was great. Had dinner in the Pub, which was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was totally worth it. Location was perfect.

Great location with the national park on your doorstep

Apartments are a bit tired, furniture upholstery needs to be replaced. Looks better in the photos.Apartments are 3 star, not befitting of the 5 star hotel associated with.

Very nicely appointed apartment. Right on the ring of Kerry in the Killarny National Park. Good proximity to nature trails, Muckross Abbey, town of Killarny, and Muckross House & Gardens.

As a "resort & spa" it was a bit pricey. We didn't try any of the spa facilities as they are by appointment only.

The hotel is in an excellent location in close proximity to Killarney National Park. The spa was beautiful and a wonderful place to relax with friendly staff. Our apartment was spacious.

The shower in one of the bathrooms was not working well (no water pressure). The apartment was clean but could use some updating. Our waiter at the bar wasn’t the most friendly.

We went over to Ireland for a family trip for just under a week and this was our absolutely favourite stay. Everything was perfect - the room, the facilities, the kitchenette (that permitted us to have breakfast inside). We could walk right across the street into the magnificent National Park and walk for hours (and had we wanted to, we could have borrowed the bikes as well). It was simply perfect!

Spacious, very clean, very comfortable, fridge provided, lovely staff and great for a weekend away with friends.

Was hoping to use leisure facilities like the pool but found out upon arrival that if staying in the apartments as opposed to the hotel, it is €20 per person extra to use the pool for 2 hours. Quite disappointed at this wasn’t brought to our attention prior to arrival.

Breakfast expensive, easier to head into killarney for more affordable options.

Great location for sightseeing. Breakfast in the yew tree was pricey (£25 a head), but really good. Accommodation was nice, large apartment easily fit 5 people.

Lovely room. The location was further out of town than we expected but wasn't too much of an issue as there were taxis. We also had to pay for the leisure facilities as they didn't come with the cost of the accommodation. Breakfast was also not included. The room was very nice.

The hotel itself was lovely and the spa was ok. The pools were relaxing. The room was pretty scuffed up and worn but the bathrooms were very clean.
