The staff was amazing

Location and very helpful staff

Little bit dated

4 bedrooms and each was ensuite Location fabulous and Staff friendly.

Very basic a bit old fasioned and the door need a bit of oil

It was very spacious and was excellent for our little trip away as a family. The staff were lovely and very accommodating they helped us out with anything we asked about it was a great location close to everything would highly recommend

Great location, just a walking distance to everything in town and amazing staff; Florence went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable.

On arrival I was a little shocked at the shabbiness of the accomodation. Once settled though I could see that everything that needed to be clean was absolutely spotless, with all the neccissities provided. Excellent location with the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever come across.

Accomodation could do eith a lick of pain, otherwise perfect

Very close to town .so handy for shops

No lift facility. We had luggages that need to be brought to 2nd floor with 2 little kids and pet We preferred lift. Other than that clean and tidy

No curtains, poor internet.Noisy

Fantastic location, close to everything. 4 bed apartment brilliant for family of 5 kids so happy with their own rooms.Beds were amazingly good my back has healed after my stay! Should have asked where they got their matresses. Sooo comfy!!

Very friendly staff, Dan the guy who gave us the keys and the younger guy in the office. The emergency supplies provided were really appreciated when we arrived late Sat evening. Very good value for money

Duvet bit heavy

Apartment was fantastic, central location to visit Kerry Museum, shopping and eating out. Met Florence & Luke in reception and they couldnt have been more helpful. They pointed out attractions and good food establishments. Definitely will be back

Location and size of apartment

Place seemed damp, bed linen felt wet. Could use a dehumidifier

Very central, lots to do, lovely resturants, shops, pubs all in walking distance. Comfy rooms all with their own shower room. Excellent helpfull staff that went above and beyond to help after we received sad news from home, thankyou so much, very much appreciated.

Would have no complaints about this apartment. Good value for money.

Dining table chairs need replacing as disgusting to look at stained cloth Otherwise all good

So easy to find and staff were so friendly too. Apartment was spotlessly clean and was a brilliant location

the location is excellent, the apartments are ideal for a group stay. also free parking is brilliant.

I cant complain at all

Excellent location, only a few hundred metres from the town centre with everything needed ( shops, restaurants, take-away, pubs, etc. ) within walking distance. All the staff in the reception office were extremely friendly and welcoming, a joy to deal with. Anytime we had a question or needed some help there was never a problem helping us out.

The decor / maintenance in the building stairwell and apartment where we stayed is definitely in need of some TLC. Something which would be easily addressed with some minor renovations and a coat of paint.

Location was brilliant. Apartment was comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, Magda is absolutely wonderful always giving so much, an Angel on our holiday. No problem with parking and access code was perfect. Thanks to all we had a great stay and look forward to returning again.

Living room furniture a bit dated and more clothes hangers would be helpful but overall no problems.
