Brandon Hotel Conference & Leisure Centre

Good location for our trip and the staff checked us in quickly.

Beds were uncomfortable with something put down the middle. No free breakfast for our room but others must have as they had vouchers.

The location was ideal for all the things you'd want to do or see in Tralee. The restaurant/bar was very convenient. The room was exceptional.

We could have used a map of Tralee and what there was to do and see there. The breakfast was mediocre and overpriced.

Cost of food, had lunch, sees if it doesnt go in the deep fat frier it doesnt go on the plate

Reception staff were lovely and hotel was conveniently located in Tralee where we were attending a wedding

Hotel itself very outdated and needs a refurb to be brought in line with more modern standards

The location is good as I was planning to walk to Bon Secours Hospital in the morning for a procedure

The room was worn, furniture marred and damaged, the bed didn’t match the headboard, the bathroom tub-surround was ready to fall off, plastic cups , no water, no refrigerator (didn’t check room amenities online, my fault), no outlet near the bed, there was some constant noise all night long coming from outside, at 7 am slow methodical banging commenced. I’ve travelled a great deal for work and pleasure, this is one of the poorest choices I can recall.

Location perfect. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable room.Stayed here a few times. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast isn't the best. Not a fan of buffet breakfasts. But that's a personal choice.The overall attention to detail in the decoration through the hotel. The walkway from the carpark could be a bit more inviting, very sterile -a few cushions on the sofas, maybe few pictures on the walls, more plants .

Lovely hotel with old world charm. The outside belies the charm of the interior. Nice bar. Next door to a great Italian restaurant!

The restaurant closed at 21:00. The direct train from Dublin got in at 21:00.

Swimming pool and breakfast were very good. Female breakfast and front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

Room was a bit outdated. Manager/Supervisor at desk was rude and acted as if I were bothering him when I went to ask a question/make a request.

The hotel was well equipped to have a comfortable stay. There was on site free parking and substantial breakfast offerings. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and pubs

The rooms were very hot with no way to cool them down. No fans available, and the windows barely open. The breakfast was mediocre. For the cost, we certainly expected better.

The noise from children and groups, both above and on the same floor as us, chatting, laughing, and running through the corridors, was very loud, not to mention the noise coming from the street outside.

Excellent Hotel in an excellent town location with very comfortable rooms, good leisure facilities (enjoyed a swim in the pool) and very good value food served in the bar. We stayed 2 nights and would happily return if ever touring in that location again (It was our base for completing the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle peninsula)

The Brandon Hotel was well situated near church & shopping. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly & efficient. The Hotel had a show in the conference room in the evening, Celtic Steps, was very entertaining.

The hotel controls the room temperature. Heat turns off automatically at 8:30 pm. Control set at 23. Ireland going through a heatwave. Turn the heat off during the day. Room hot and stuffy. Didn’t sleep well.

Breakfast was nice maybe a few more traditional items would be a nice touch soda bread & white pudding.

A small fridge would have been Handy in the room to keep our drinks cold

Room was nice. Food was very good. Friendly waiting staff. Spacious, well equipped gym.
