Killarney Heights Hotel

Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean. The restaurant staff were great and food was good. Awesome breakfast!

I could hear my neighbors. The drain in bathroom was extremely slow, but in all fairness, I did not call to fix.

On site dinning, excellent quality food and the breakfast was the best I had in Ireland!

The staff were amazing, Jorge was exceptional! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was stunning.

Cleanliness and size of room. Also there was an issue with the Keycards and the staff were so helpful.

The manager Mark was great and tried his best to help us when we discovered a bed bug infestation.

The room had a visible bed bug infestation, our 4 month old son is covered in bites, as am I. We were in the bed when we noticed, took videos and went down to the front desk. They gave us a new room but as our belongings had been all over the bed, we have had to dispose of everything, have our car steam cleaned, and my sons bites have become infected. We gave this feedback in a survey sent directly by the hotel the day after our stay, to give them time to address this, however almost a week later and it has not been answered. I hate to publicly bash a property like this and would like to flag that Mark was amazing on the night and gave a full refund, but this does not make up for the costs we have now incurred and the discomfort of myself and the baby.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, coffee machine. Staff was welcoming, polite & professional. I liked the quietness of the surroundings of the hotel.

The room didn’t have ac so it took a long time to cool it down even with the windows open.

Breakfast plus Dinner packages might be good to have.

WiFi did not work in 2 rooms they offered me. Initially they were saying its my issue then they confirmed it is theirs. They were kind enough to give me 75Euro refund acknowledging that issue as both nights that I stayed with them the wifi did not work. Great customer service but bad facilities experience for WiFi. Rest of the hotel is great.

The staff, they were apologetic when my room was not ready on time..They were very obliging with all other requests.

The hotel seemed under- staffed. No one had time to answer the room phone nor my mobile. I requested an earlier check in because I was sick but ended up with one even later. I felt I should have been contacted to let me know this so I could have delayed arrival..There are no towel holders in the bathroom except a hook on the door. This is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel...Other than that the room was good value and the location near INEC was good.

Staff at Reception were very friendly and welcoming. Hector was very obliging and even linked in with us after the fact to make sure we got what we needed.

Lovely hotel, room was very spacious & clean. Fabulous walk-in shower. Breakfast was nice - good selection. Had dinner in the hotel both nights and food was delicious. Staff were very friendly & courteous. Check-in & Check-out were seamless.
