Location and room size was good. Staff were absolutely superb in all areas of hotel especially reception and bar staff.

Shower was not very powerful and was disappointing. No air conditioning and room quite hot at night, although supplied tower fan did help. Also jacuzzi at pool was out of order for duration of stay.

Nice location, big swimming pool although tired.

Tired, not really a 4 star, too expensive for the hotel on offer.

This hotel seems to be a hangover from the 1970's. The shower in the room is dangerous. It is set over a bath which is very narrow at the bottom making the ability to stand very difficult as there is not a flat space big enough to place your feet. It was very uncomfortable. Getting out of the shower over the edge of the bath was dangerous. The bath is set very high so the step down over the side was almost up to the height of my thigh (I am 1.86m tall). My wife slipped over and fell to the floor. There is no evidence of any ongoing maintenance - which is certainly required.

Excellent location and very pet friendly; room was spacious and facilities very good. Pet friendly bar with bar snacks and an easy walk to beach and to the town.

The grounds are excellent the swimming pool very good and the restaurant first class.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and big for the French standard. Very calm location, away from the town center.

Very dated interior. The swimming pool and jacuzzi very small and since it is mostly a family hotel - almost impossible to use. The property interior looks from the 80ties and not renovated since.

The food was excellent. Truly very good.

A little lacking in soul. The restaurant could do with some proper table cloths to match the quality of the gastronomic food offering. If you go to this hotel just for the food, you will be happy.

Superb location and facility at this iconic venue.Easy walk into town, a spectacular and famous one.Excellent breakfast too, and simple access to the main motoring routes.It provides a great early stop in France, is you have been travelling through the UK and arriving in the evening at the ports

We checked into a room with somebody already in it. We paid on arrival and checks out without incident and now they’re saying we didn’t pay

The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and spacious.

The building is a bit dated and the pool was cold!

The hotel is spacious and well positioned

The value for money in a middle level hotel is ok but not excellent. There was no seating in the reception area. The staff tried to double charge us for a bar bill.
