It's a tired property but that is reflected in the price. We have stayed before and are likely to do so again.

Location and welcoming receptionist. Kettle in bedroom is helpful.

I’ve stayed in Kyriads before and they were fine. This one looks tired and outdated which sadly gives the impression it isn’t clean when, in fact, my room was clean. It’s all quite gloomy and similar to a roadside Motel in the 1960’s with artex type ceilings. Lighting in the room is insufficient as there’s no overhead light. I think someone has tried to patch up the room but it doesn’t work as there are still very scratched doors and peeling wallpaper and a toilet that is old and stained.

The rooms and the restaurant were freezing cold. Shower very poor.

Good breakfast. Hot water for shower. Able to park the car by the room.

Solid pillow, comfort of bed.

Great offerings of food and drink. Big rooms and they changed to put us on the ground floor to accommodate the bikes.

Convenient location, room was clean and spacious, kettle in room was nice, good size bathroom, good breakfast.

Room could do with updating. Electronic entry gate was not working so was left open all night.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Arrived late but still accepted in restaurant. Spoke perfect EnglishWe originally declined breakfast, but were able to get breakfast in the morning anyway.

The staff tried to be helpful but they were limited by poor resources.

An old hotel well past its best. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The breakfast was really poor value. Limited choices and stale food.

It was too cold! The heating did not work (electric heater nor air ventilation system heating). The room was not heated at all, outside it was freezing.Further the bed was not comfortable (mattress not flat, much lower in the middle than the sides)

Very friendly staff and welcoming of our 2 dogs. Loved the little rooms and great our room was ground floor.

Friendly, quiet motel-style hotel near the motorway. Very nice receptionists (both at night when I arrived and in the morning) and good breakfast. Would happily go back

The room was a little dated and there was a taped up electrical cord sticking out of the wall next to the bed. I was a bit cold at night and the heating didn’t seem to work (but I probably should have asked the staff for help…)

The staff members were very friendly and polite. The food was unpretentious but varied and tasty.
