There was nothing we didn't like

Very clean, staff is always nice and very helpful, food at the restaurant is top quality for taste and value for money, matress was very comfortable, the room was very cozy and warm, full hd tv with netflix and yt, walk-in shower, quaint balcony with view, beautifull furniture

No bigger slippers

We've often stopped by the restaurant on our travels and have always enjoyed the food. This time, we decided to stay at the hotel for the first time. Overall, the experience felt more like staying at a clean, simple motel than a full-service hotel. While the restaurant remains a highlight with its excellent food, there's not much else that stands out about the place. It’s fine for a basic overnight stay, but don't expect much beyond the essentials.

Moldy Bathroom: One of the rooms we booked had a bathroom with mold and an unpleasant odor. Improving these small details would make the stay much more enjoyable.Simple Breakfast: The breakfast was too basic, especially given the quality of their restaurant. I expected a buffet with a wider variety of options beyond just simple eggs and bread.Lack of Amenities: There's not much to do in the surrounding area, so it would be nice if the hotel offered additional amenities, like a spa, to enhance the guest experience.

The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant offers great food. Clean and spacious rooms.

It was near the main road so you could hear the traffic all night.

The hotel is situated right next to a highway and lacks air conditioning. Guests face the decision of either closing the window and overheating in bed, or opening the window and enduring the noise of heavy traffic throughout the night.

Everything , execpt for one waitress

No air condition and had to sleep with open door on the balcony and the traffic noise was horrible

Location good, hotel nice and beautiful, more than 3 stars,nice restaurant, very welcoming staff.

Bed needs to be changed, very noisy. Breakfast poor.

Spatious room, very comfy bed, everything very clean. Very good quality appliances. Elegant room design. Classy. Free coffee in the room. Very good breakfast.

When you speak about facilities, and the first thing you want to mention is the design, this can only mean that everything was excelent (room, bathroom, Staff, location, the restaurant, parking). You have nothing to complain about here.

Usually I have at least one suggestion for the propriety, but here I have no reason to suggest any change.

Very nice but it was not quite , the sound of each truck passing. I gave a notice to the reception that by pushing the window with the hand the noise was disappearing. There is a small setting to do Inside the window with a screw driver Good luck

The room that we got was great (like in the pictures) and you could’ve definitely see that the staff made their best for tourists to enjoy the stay.We’re definitely gonna come back to Predeal just to stay here.

Just a couple small touches like a box of napkins or something to put the soap/shampoo on in the shower would make this a 10 out of 10

There were 4 cleaning ladies and none wore a mask, although it it mandatory to use one inside the hotel. When we checked-out, the receptionist didn’t wear a mask either
