The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and warm :-) The food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the view to the ski slopes was very nice.

Excellent, we felt like in a 5*hotel! Welcoming staff, spacious room with fairytale mountain view, rich breakfast and delicious traditional dishes. The kid enjoyed fun times on the huge trampoline, while we played ping-pong and billiards.

Well, the position, the fact that they have PV on the roof, are pluses. Also, the staff was quite understanding and supported with our accommodation, even though we arrived three hours past the check-in time - but honestly, to put 20:00 as deadline for check in at a hotel is funny. Regardless... The room was fairly clean, we had room shoes (very, very rare in Romania). Also, the staff was quite efficient with the service, for example, a big very comfortable bed and a nice restaurant. But...

But now... the problems: 1. I am trying to ignore the fact that there was no AC in the room, but to not have a refrigerator, for storing drinks, on the 30 - 40°C temperatures is an insult regarding the idea of tourism worldwide, let alone an EU country. 2. The windows were not opening / closing properly, and the one from the bathroom was quite dangerous. 3. We didn't have proper shampoo / shower gel, only some small pieces that could be opened by biting them. 4. The staff had good parts in some regards, but the politeness was not their strong point. No answer to hello / thank you, no reaction for the tip, as if we were obliged to tip... At the reception desk we saw, in two days, only once somebody - before checking out. Also, we couldn't find any WiFi password. To sum up, we felt like we are not welcome there. 5. The breakfast was a joke. Very rare I saw in my recent years such a breakfast. The eggs were OK, for me, but the rest was a joke. I would prefer to pay less, and take it separate, if I had any idea is not continental. You had coffee, but... no water! Or nobody supported us in getting some. No juice, just simple water. We brought it ourselves. 6. For breakfast, even if it was stated between it is 8 and 11, we had it in the first day at 8:15. Don't get me wrong, but I've stayed there for a running event which was scheduled for 9:15 so then any delay was not in my favour - for comparison, in Athens, the hotel in which we stayed (at a far lower price! ???) they moved from 7 the breakfast at 5 in the morning of the marathon, so for the runners to prepare preperly. This is, though, another story. 7. The toilet seemed to have a problem - once the water flushed, it leaked at its bottom. I don't recommend it, the price is too high for what it offers at the moment If you don't have a travelling horizon, and no knowledge about how tourism needs to be, the location might be OK. But we will never return here.

Basic facilities. Nobody cleaned our room or changed the sheets for 6 days. They only took the garbage. No parking place provided (they had only 5, which were already taken). The bathroom really needs an upgrade.

The location was great and the staff helped a little.

I really would have liked an option for breakfast included and for the staff to be more present. The walls were looking a little old and with three men in the suite room, it was very tight on space.

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms are big, there is a room with biliard, ping pong and trampoline , which was very nice for the kids. Restraunt downstairs is good.

The location is really nice. The view from the balcony was a real deal. The bed linen was clean.Breakfast was simple but good and the staff were accommodating.

Almost everything is a bit outworn.

Great location, near the slope. Large room. Good heating.

The entire hotel is quite old and needs refurbishing, especially the bathroom. No room for skiing equipment - we had to carry it into the room or pay extra to keep it at a skiing rental shop.

Value for money unbeatable if you come in Preseal for skiing. Location is basically on the slope.
