Great location easy to access and really good services. The pool and spa are really nice extras for a chill weekend.

The room (room with terrace) was large, but the terrace was huge. It also has a bathtub, which was great. The view was also nice, laying in the sunbed on terrace made my day, breakfast was great, although almost the same every day. It is nice it has a spa - the jacuzzi was the best, the sauna was ok, the pool was a little small, but the water was warm and there were very few people, so no big deal about the dimensions. It was great that it was a local parking lot. It also has a bowling alley, not too frequent as I know, although you must pay separately (50ron/half hour, I think).

Maybe in a year or two the room must be refurbished, the carpet has worn signs (passable). Aa, and a little dark in the evening, or so I think, in the reception area in special. But nothing to prevent you from visiting.

The breakfast was very poorly, not good quality, small selection of food, no fresh fruits.

We liked the closeness to the mountain attractions, the classic architecture successfully complemented by modern facilities, the cleanliness, attention to every detail, the restaurant, the amazingly curated artwork both in room and common areas, the prices and the comfortable bed and bedding.

Everything was great. I wish they have a program to sell their high quality bedding merchandise to the customers.

At the massage location, or at the reception, the credit card payment was not available, which can be unconfortable. Hope is just a temporary issue.

Nice place, good facilities and location close to the slopes.

The noise during the night, due to a conference held there, those people had a party all night and nobody stoped them, this was disturbing.

The breakfast was good. The superior room was big, decent TV size. No external noise from outside.

The pillows were stiff, the beds felt at a strange angle. The WC could have been a bit cleaner for a 4 star hotel. But the worst of all, the main reason why I will not stay again at this hotel, is that on the same floor as us stayed a big group of gipsies that played music, yelled during both nights we were there (until 2am the first night, until 11.30am the second night). They did this on the hallway!! The problem is that the staff didn't say anything to them and neither could we. This was the worst experience I had in a hotel so far. If it wasn't for the gipsies, the hotel is decent, but still not a 4 stars hotel based on the room (also considering the price).

1. Very noisy. There was a bowling room opened fron noon until 9 o'clock. Altghough we stayed at second and third floor, there was a lot of noise, our little children weren't able to sleep in the afternoon. It was quite anoying because for about 9 hours the noise was realy lound and continous.2. There were no lights in the room, only one light was working out of 4.3. The parking is too small, when we arrived there was no place for us.4. The restaurant too small for breakfast.

Sauna and spa make the stay comfortable.

The prices at the restaurant are a bit too high.

The waiting times for dinner at the restaurant were absolutely awful - about 2h and the chief of staff there was rude. The meat was ok, but the vegetarian options were really bad.The wet sauna wasn't really working and smelled like mold

Very pleased with the hotel and with the room. Very clean, spatious, good location. We also played bowling there, it was a perfect vacation.

The location, the apartment was generous with a beautiful terrace, clean and very warm inside.

The waiters were rude, the service at reception very slow, we could check in at about 17:00 hours, was very crowded.The pool is a jumping contest for children. Not by far a spa area, rather an aquapark for children.
