The mattress was old even dirty gave me back pain. It was the form they move me to a different room and it had the same issue with the mattress. All of the mattresses in the hotel are old.

No balcony in appartment, no stand for coats in the room

Wonderful room,with new furniture, nice view. Very clean.Friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast is very variable and delicious.I recommend the A la Carte menu, too.

Hairdryer works with a very strange mechanism, it stops after 1 minute or so, and it will start in a few minutes again. This is not how you dry your hair.

Clean, quite and great breakfast! Friendly staff and live music was a pleasant surprise.

The room was small, the shower could only be used with a hand-held showerhead and the hot water was difficult to dispense. It was too hotel in room and It was very hot in the room and I couldn't find the option to turn off the heat in the room.

- great room with all we needed- great bed with a lot of pillows...the min chocolate was a bonus- bathroom was always clean- the breakfast had all you need for a great morning meal....the is champagne and a chocolate fountain....which are things that I did not see at a morning meal until this hotel. You do not need to worry there is food for everybody and great food.- As it was my mother's birthday on the first day we were there, we received a surprise in the room that had: a bottle of champagne and some sweets. It was a great birthday gift <3- there is room service and you can eat later in the evening - The pool is heated and even though it rained most days we were there...relaxing in the pool while it was raining was great- the sauna the salina and the jacuzzies are also something you should try- the hotel that is across the way Robinson is a great place to try some food and is less expensive. Please try the fondue it is great.- For cat lovers the are cats on the property which you can pet and have fun with- at the pool the offer you towels you do not need to bring them from the room- we will return for sure

- the hairdryer stopped at random times....but not a big downside because I do not think there was a instance were I need to leave fast after a shower- if you are on the pool side there is music from 11am to 10 pm.....not a criticism but to make aware for people who cannot sleep with noise - on the pool deck please go without slippers because 4/10 times you may slip - so tv stations do not have sound. I do not know if technology has beaten me but some TV station were with no audio...We survived though :))))

Very much enjoyed the pool area and the spa facilities, massage included (I recommend it). The room was clean, the surroundings quiet and peaceful. Great place to rest and relax

An unpleasant pipe-like smell in the bathroom, hard to get rid of. Also the food was pricey and overall not up to the expectations

location was nice, the location was green, cozy, confortable.

the radiator in the room was making terrible noises, I couldn't sleep. Otherwise, i like the hotel, altough the restaurant was expensive for the taste of food - this could be improved, or lower the prices for the same food.

The restaurant was excellent, both for breakfast and the festive dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the live music and the delicious food. The room was clean, the spa was pleasant and uncrowded, and the location was fantastic.

There was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell in the room, forcing us to keep the windows fully open throughout our stay. Despite informing the staff, they were unable to resolve the issue, as the smell didn’t originate from the toilet but was likely coming from the ventilation system. Additionally, many small finishes were either damaged or impractical, which detracted from the overall experience, even though the place appeared luxurious at first glance.

The staff was nice and the restaurant had very good food.

Sauna was not hot enough and one of the jacuzzi was not functional.

All was good from the staff to all facilities and comfort zones along with the SPA. The restaurant was top notch ! I would like to thank everyone for all the work and the experience they gaved us on our staying!

I would like to add only a few things regarding the Spa :1: No bracelet for the lockers in order to take our stuff whenever we wanted , had to wait sometimes for a staff member to lock/unlock 2. A clock at the pool would be cool to have it to know exactly when we have to get out in order to respect the program 3. And a small policy regarding the people to not steal your slippers while at the pool ??

Property was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. We also thought the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

We had some difficulties going into the property with our luggages through the stairs which would’ve been easier if there was a ramp.

The Breakfast

While swimming my girlfriend was injured by two loose screws out of the pool floor. What made the situation worse was the staff s response-or lack thereof. Not only they did fail to check the pool properly, but after the incident, there was no apology or attempt to make us feel better. It felt like they were indiferent to what had happened, which was extremely dissapointing.Next day we had to rush to the hospital, where she received an anti-tetanus vaccine shot as a precaution, since the wound was cause by two rusty screwsWe expected at least an apology or some effort to address the situation, but instead, we were left disregarded.I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures no other guest goes through this.

Breakfast was excellent, the outdoor heated pool was relaxing, comfortable room, young and professional staff.

The minibar in the room didn't have the prices tagged.Maybe a bench where to sit in their front garden.

The outside pool was very nice, loved that it was heated, the restaurant serves very delicious food, morning buffet very diverse, filled with pastries, fruits; cleaning every morning, fresh towels and bathrobes, overall a very good experience, will return;

Bathroom was very small, 2 people couldn’t fit inside

The hotel is located in a highly touristy village, on a hill, in a green area. One restaurant is located in the same building, the other one is just across the street. We had very enjoyable stay. The heated pool is big and deep enough for several families to swim at a time. Wonderful breakfast with rich variety of food really surprised us. Parking space is sufficient for the hotel guests. The reception desk asked us to provide them with our car number, so that they could be able to find an owner and to request to re-park the car in case of an obstacle.

We encountered an air-conditioning malfunction in our room. It was leaking when functioning. The hotel technician was unable to solve the issue during our stay, and they ordered the manufacturer's service. Nevertheless, we do not regret choosing this accommodation. We realize that such a situation can occur everywhere. The staff behaved professionally and apologized for the inconvenience.
