Location is perfect. Staff is very polite. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Don't book half board because dinner is terrible. It really is not worth it. You have to look for the parking yourself across Opatija because hotel has very few pakring spaces. We ended up at a public garage nearby and paid 33 euros for a day.

Excellent breakfast (eggs freshly fried in front of you), great wellness area (excellent and very spacious Finnish sauna, relaxing area nice and quiet), very nice hotel and room wall decorations, friendly staff.

Turkish/steam bath/sauna is too soft/weak, should be much hotter inside. Parking scarcity.

We've been returning, been here 4 times so far, the staff is always very nice and super helpful. Special shoutout to Ivana who helped in the dining room. Very kind and with great attitude!

The toilet was way too low, this happened for the first time but the staff was also helpful and offered an immediate solution

Great location and the breakfast is amazing! Huge room and good pillows.

Our room 108 was nice in that it had a balcony but there was a lot of street noise from loud vehicles until 3-4am. The mattress was too firm for our liking and the room was a bit warm at night (AC can only be adjusted a few degrees).

Breakbast was really good!

How the property approached dog issues. They were very welcoming and kind about me arriving with my puppy.There was even a dog bed, food bowl, and some treats waiting for us.My puppy chewed through a lamp cord while I wasn’t paying attention, and they were incredibly understanding about that too.

Hotel is in historic building and has excellent location, close to center, beach and bus station.Great comfy bed. Great outdoor bar with terrase. Staff is polite and kind. Cleanning service good.

Avoid atrium rooms! Room was dark and small, doesn't has natural light and plus the room has insufiescent lightening, very weak. Lack of hangers in bathroom. No place to dry beach towels even in bathroom.Whole hotel is kind of dark, with weak led lightening and artificial flowers which gives cold atmosphere even in dinning room. Stair accses is only way to reception, which is quite uncomfortable with heavy begs or disability. Breakfast was ok, but same every day. Dinner is very average for 4 star hotel. Some meals were not good on taste, especialy pasta. Also the sweets should be improved. Dinner is from 19-21h, which is too tight if you wanna take tour and sightseeing.

Staff was very polite, punctual, had excellent communication, and did their best, starting with the reception, bell boy, waitreses, cleaning lady (Valentina), and wellness.Thanks to them we have a peaceful and pleasant holiday.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were comfortable Great massages.

It is very dated. The rooms had three sources of bright lights (phone, thermostat, and fire detetector) that seriously bothered our sleep. Breakfast was not good. Plentiful, but not good. Coffee was terrible. Parking was garbage as they let someone block our car.

This is the third time we are staying at this hotel - we love it and we are always going to come back when we are in the area! Large high ceiling rooms, impeccable service and breakfast choices worth a five star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, staff is friendly and professional. Well equipped room. It's easy to enter the parking even with a large car. The breakfast hall has original decorations from 1800s in Art Nouveau style with classical music playing that really makes you feel beautiful and special. I definitely reccomend this hotel and will come back for sure!

Hotel confirmed two rooms next to each other and when I did the check in the staff was blaming someone else for confirming this and told me we would get rooms far away from each other.

Beautiful classic hotel. The breakfast was lavish with anything you can imagine from fresh omelettes, eggs, pancakes to fruit, pastries, cheese, breads and meats. The spa was quiet and clean. I had the whole place to myself using the whirlpool, sauna and rest area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was impeccable!The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed our time in Opatjia!

Next time we will request a room away from the elevator.

I forgot my AirPods and was able to collect them a month later from the staff. Really happy they had a good process for lost items. Wifi is solid (was able to attend online meetings no problem) and the buffets are phenomenal. I didn’t use the spa but wished I had. Great location. Exceptional value in the off season. They have their own private parking available.

I wouldn’t pay the high season rates, even though I’d like to return.
