- Front desk ladies were extremely rude and unhelpful. First room had no a/c and then after much grief, second room bathroom flooded while taking shower. Bar staff was also unhelpful. WORSE hotel of our month long trip staying at several different hotels.
Cons -
- Rooms and front desk staff were a major disappointment. Rooms were small for families. They actually gave a larger room for one person (my mother) than a family of 4. We paid more for our room. they charge per person but they don¿t care about the space.
