Great view of the Adriatic on the shoreline. Great breakfast buffet. easy parking across street in public garage for 11 e/day. Great location,

We booked a double bed room but when we got there the only rooms at that price were queen beds. We elected to pay the different to upgrade to double which was a larger room with a better balcony which we were very pleased with.

Position of the hotel, room and view

Inside pool not heated, breakfast was very unsatisfactory. cold fired eggs, like 20 on the bunch, poor choice of food, cofei from the machine not taisty.

Heating in the bathroom was not working, in one room heating device was producing loud sound abd shaking while working so it could not be used during the night

Rooms are clean with a beautiful sea view, spacious and well equipped.

Great central location

In the center of town, wonderful location. I loved the pool. The room had a nice balcony right above the sea. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful if needed.

The hotel has a perfect view of the sea, excellent cleanliness, cozy, comfortable, delicious breakfast with a nice selection and good coffee. There are also wonderful girls who prepare the rooms and make sure that everything is perfect

a little bit of noise from the cafes below the hotel and the music is loud in the evening - but the insulation on the terrace is excellent, so no sounds come into the room

Staff was very friendly and helpfull, the breakfast was good.

The beach isn't really private, not hotel guests can lay there too. i don't think it's right that as a hotel guest you have to pay extra to use a beach chair.

The room was a bit small for a 4* hotel, sea side room is above a bar with loud music until 2 a.m.

Old world charm, perfectly situated in central Opatija, breathtaking panoramic view of the Adriatic from balcony. The rooms were classy, comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and helpful.

Pool was not operational, but it was also rainy so not that big of a loss.

Old style hotel, private spa, THE BEST medical massage, good breakfast.

Dinners weren’t great but the staff was very friendly. I’m used to a different kind of service.

Perfect location on the waterfront and gorgeous view from my balcony. There were plenty of loungers down at the private “beach” and they were free for guests. Beach towel provided for a €20 deposit which you get back when returned. Clean comfy roomsI gave them a heads up in advance that I am vegan so that I would have something to eat at the breakfast buffet. I was not expecting them to bring me my own special (huge and delicious) meals each morning! It was Avery much appreciated and the lady in the restaurant was so lovely.

Unfortunately there a nightclub going on,looking forward some peace and quiet at night,didn’t get much sleep few days

Absolutely nothing, the Hotel forgot to tell us in the Hotel’s description on booking that there is an outdoor disco under our Balcony which runs till 1am - 3am every day!!! We were on honey moon, with my pregnant wife, and we cant use our sea view Balcony and more over we cant sleep, because the music besides locked door was too loud. I asked for the receptionist to call the police to shut that music down after midnight, but they refuse to it, more over when I wanted to take a complain they are not cápa le of ha fing me over their complains book, coz there was no. I am a lawyer, and I am not going to let this situation go.

Location is great however very loud music in the neighboring bars in the night

Would have been better to have the bar open and service available

Great location. The breakfast was excellent. everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice view of the sea.

The walls are not soundproofed at all. I could hear the person in the room next door snoring.
