Staff, the pool, location, restaurant

The elevator a bit small and busy, Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work properly.

The pool was nice, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly overall very good

The dinner was sometimes very low quality but sometimes it was good so probably just personal preference

Was okay for two days Buh the room had air conditioning plus ceiling fan too and the reception keeps the remote so I had

The location was great and the staff were friendly

The bathroom and shower were dated however the water was lovely and hot

The breakfast OK, but coffee ???, I think in Italy not acceptable that rubbish what they served for the breakfast ???

I believe for the future the company going to change coffee maker.In Italy not acceptable service the instant coffee.

the hotel was bright and clean and the pool area was nice this was our second time here the beach area was not far from the hotel

there is no information in the sitting room regarding trips to other places for the British customer but still, we would go back as you can find out on the internet what's on.

It was very clean. Staff were friendly. Prime position for water park, going out and shopping.

Breakfast could be improved by the addition of fresh fruit

proximity to the beach I.e. 5 minute slow walk.

The time limit for breakfast I.e. 9am it closed, was a little too strict. Maybe this should be changed to 10AM.

The food was very good

When we arrived was not given the safe key or air conditioning remote and nothing in room to tell us that you had to book the beach so silly us went sat on seat couple came and said that they were there’s was about to tell we also stayed in the hotel when she showed her ticket for the seats and table so had to go back up to hotel just a simple note in room to say how things work other than that enjoyed the holiday

The hotel is perfect location -in middle of strip and opposite beach. The rooms were clean and functional although the first room we were given was terrible with bunk beds that looked very dangerous. The pool is fab and clean. Pool area is good and it wasn’t too busy. The hotel has sun beds specifically for guests which is also brilliant.

This hotel is, for a budget hotel, perfectly acceptable however there are a few things that would make it much better. The staff and communication was poor. We weren’t told about the sun beds on the beach had to be booked, reception didn’t tell us we could use the air-con or explain the safety deposit boxes. The restaurant staff were lovely but the staff at reception didn’t even really say hello or smile - very miserable. The bar in the foyer could have created and atmosphere but it was never open

The property was clean and close to the beach, staff were very helpful and polite.

Breakfast could have been more enticing as no fruit or vegetables were offered.Only one sunbed per couple at the pool.

Very kind and helpful staff. The room change was resolved immediately. They found a solution to every problem and were flexible. The staff at dinner are a fantastic, cheerful team, we laughed a lot with them, they always made us feel good. We loved being here, it was just a week. The private sunny beach is a 3-minute walk away, and the pedestrian street is immediately accessible. The Aqua park was also a 10 minute walk, absolutely accessible with a child. Thanks again.

Pool was clean, beach was close, staff was very polite.Dinner always had salad and some fried stuff to take as much as you can while there is something.

There was internet only in the hall and by the pool and in some rooms on the 1st floor. Nowhere else we couldn't catch the wifi in 2022?! Breakfast was the same every day. Without any salad and without non pork meat.

The hotel is clean and close to its own beach. Nice pool with enough sunbeds. Very clean rooms, towels changed everyday. Breakfast was always the same, pretty good, but a big minus was the lack of vegetables. We received tomatoes 2 days out of 5 :( . Although it is located on a main street, it was quiet at night. A lot of restaurants and terraces nearby with great food.

Fantastic location - in the heart od night living but still so close to the beach. It was clean all the time. Fantastic breakfast!

My room was a bit darker, but I was all day out.

When I saw all reviews on internet I was a bit afraid and I was trying to find another hotel. When we arrived I was surprised. Hotel is absolutely great. Very clean, kind staff, nice dinning room, pool clean, good breakfast, close to the beach and restaurants.I cant say one bad word and I must highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for everything and see you next summer season.
