Closeness to the beach and having their own private beach

Cleanliness was not very good - towels were not replaced unless we asked for that specifically. Amenities were not changed, so we ended up needing to buy some shower gel.

If you are going to offer cooked options at breakfast, at least make them hot - not lukewarm. Items too slow to restockPolicy on dogs is too flexible. Dogs should be banned from areas where food is served - not just the dining room.It is unclear who is the senior management. Everything seems to go through reception.

All very clean, tidy and staff very friendly and helpful.

There was no control over the pool. Kids with inflatable boards, lilos etc were allowed, and we went in pre-season so only few kids. So we would not go back in school holidays.

Location. Correct modern bathroom with window. Staff are very politely and wants to go out to meet the guests requests. Parking space.

Modest breakfast. Waiters do not set the table with cutlery for you.Only one thin sheet on your bed but you have 9 pillows instead. There is no quilts. Smell of cleaning products. Wifi can be much better. Kettle only after request. Position of restaurant. Large stairs on entrance for those with large baggage. Rusty waste baskets.Ther is a hiden lift next to the kitchen for invalids and for gest who want to use it. The paving at the entrance could be flatter and different due to the wheeled suitcases. More 3 then a 4 starr hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel !! We stayed there for 7 days and it was amazing !!! There's no bad thing in our opinion. The room was great, bathrooms are clean, bed was so comfortable, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the pool was amazing, breakfast was delicious , drinks and coffee by the pool, private beach... it's also Close to Venice, it was like 40 minutes drive. Perfect for vacation, we are coming back again !

The room was great. Good size, fridge, lovely balcony with a sea view.

There was one lady on reception who was not friendly and made you feel that you were the problem if you had any issues. What a shame, she really brought the place down. Everyone else was really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome.

Bar food menu was minimal but it didn’t matter as we were only a few minutes from many restaurants

Pool and beach was very close and nice. Staff at the reception was kind and helpful :) Location was great.

Staff at the restaurant was a little messy and sometimes confused. Room was quite small - almost no space for lugages. Only one elevator in the hotel.

Genuinely lovely hotel - fantastic location, great outdoor pool area, very comfortable rooms and super friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

A small gym would be a bonus.

Location on the beach was optimal and the pool was great when my daughter got tired of the beach. Parking was great also. Price was very affordable.

The location on the first line is a great thing.The staff is friendly and helpful.The amount and quality of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner is immense. :)

WiFi speed is very low.Neighborhood is noisy, one needs to close windows for quiet rest.

Location was good however I prefer the quieter part of pineta

The food management was disastrous. We had not be served what we ordered. It was a big mess with the food order and the waiters were chaotic and unable to cope.
