Nice, clean, relaxed, nice staff

2 times elevator didnt work after 22:00

The staff was extremely helpful and superfriendly. Especially Marta and Maria gave us great advises and helped us with a parking place not far from the hotel. The Breakfast was great and the coffee amazing.

The elevator is very narrow and closes too fast. The fact that you need to handover your carkeys if you want to leave the car behind the hotel was an absolute no go. Fortunately we parked the car 10 min away from the hotel, which was also good.

Distance to the beach only a 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is really okay.

The room was tiny. Friends who booked directly with the hotel had bigger rooms. Especially the size of the bathroom made problems nearly not to handle with four people.

They were already waiting for us and everything was ready for our arrival. A parking space for the car was also waiting for us. Registration was quick and hassle-free. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The beach is 2-3 minutes away. There is even less time to restaurants and shops. I left the hotel and it was already the main street. The room is clean. The size of the room is not large, but everything is thought out. We loved it!)

Not sure, but probably didn't work well, the fridge. I didn't cool it completely.

Nothing really... maybe the mattress was little bit too warned out but still acceptable.

The location of the hotel was great, although our room was across the street and it was quite noisy in the evening and early morning. The breakfast was very varied but the same every day as we are used to. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you were lucky you could park at the hotel, if you were unlucky it was all taken but there is a car park 10 minutes walk away where you can park for free for a deposit. You can eat anywhere in the busy street. The beach is very clean and tidy and the hotel provides free sun loungers for guests.

The room was across the street and it was quite noisy in the evening and early morning. Parking is limited and not permanently yours during your stay.

Everything is excellent with this hotel. Many private parking spaces. The location is ideal. Private free sunloungers on the beach. Excellent breakfast. Room service is very clever and efficient. Has elevator. The room has a mini refrigerator. The room equipped with balcony. I really enjoyed my stay.

The beds needs to be bigger in the twin room. The price could have been better considering that I stayed in the second half of September. I think the lady in the reception when i checked in could have been moee friendly and smiled more.

It was perfectly clean, ladies were cleaning the apartments every day and the breakfast was very good it had all that is needed. Very close to the beach only 2 minutes away.

We thought that a rooms a little bit bigger, and the coffee could be better. Anyways, in the hotel there is a bar that was serving a nice espresso that I think it costed 1,5 euros. So always after breakfast we where drinking coffee there.

All is perfekt for money, good position, good breakfast, good and clean room (every day cleaning)

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. It's only a two minutes walk from the beach with free sunbeds.

A stronger lamp on the terrace would be nice if you want to read a book in the evening.

The breakfast was great, with many options for all tastes. Good location with private beach, close to many restaurants and shops and very close to Piazza Trieste bus station from where you can easily reach Punta Sabbioni to get to Venice, Murano, Burano and other islands.

Everything was perfect (breakfast, room, beach, restaurants nearby, etc.), the staff was very helpful and kind, the beach is just a minute walk away.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, very close to beach with sunbeds and umbrellas which did not have to be paid extra. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Next time I would book a bigger room, we are a family of 4 and staying in the family room was a bit challenging. Bathroom was very small as well.

The lift is old,but exceptable

Nice place, very close to the sea and restaraunts. In case you have an insomnia, ask for silent room as when your window is on the main street, it is a bit noizy on evenings. The team is nice and supportive, the place is comfortable, clean and cozy!

The hotel is really good. The room is clean & everything clean, only the water in the shower was sometimes not really warm, but it is normal in Italy. The breakfast is not outstanding but for the money it is really ok. The free parking is tight but great. Also the private beach is 3 minutes away and right next to many restaurants. The staff is very nice, many speak German. Especially we would like to praise the night service "Siam" or "Saim" (cant remember exactly ?)- a very nice man who was very friendly and helpful
