The owner lady - she was in bad mood most of the time and was probably annoyed that we only stayed one night and got her out of her comfort zone

-very clean room-location right next to the beach-free lounge chairs and umbrellas and the beach-modern, quiet AC-room gets cleaned everyday -free bike rental!!! (which is essential for the location since most good restaurants and shops are on the southern side of Lido di Jesolo, which is >30 min by foot but only <10 min by bike)-big supermarket very close-good breakfast selection-very nice staff (except for one lady, I think she was the owner, barely spoke any English though)-free parking

-the one kind of rude lady-location unfortunately not very good for good restaurants and shops-old school rooms-some of the „free parking“ the hotel offers is parallel street parking in an insanely right street, and some of the cars there already looked damaged from other people trying to pass, BUT when i asked if I could park my car in the back parking lot instead, they immediately accommodated my wish and gave me a spot there!!!

Thief

Doing a revervation with booking.com we havent pay anything în advance. Few days before arriving át the hotel they charge us a deposit fee of 156 euro. Arriving to the hotel they charge us the full price of booking. When we cheked out, the younger receptionist informed us that the deposit paid by us will be returned în 10 days. After waiting 10 days we called them to ask about the deposit as we didnt received it yet. He said they ha e problem with the bank and we need to wait 21 days. Today, past 30 days we still did not received our deposit back, and called them again the receptionist was tryung to explain that we need to wait 31days and just hanged ouț the phone on us. He was rude and this îs unacceptable. They stole our money of 156 euro. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody or be careful as they are thief.

A bit outdated furnitures in the rooms.For safety reason, parking lots should be marked better. Using parking bumpers would be needed in some places.

The Hotel is on a good location, with nice pool and bar terrace. Breakfast is very good, various choices for every taste. The hotel staff is amazing, very nice, polite and friendly. We had a great time!

Lift was very slow

Breakfast was very good,continental plus scrambled or fried eggs.Room was adequate but on the small side.Beach & pool were very good.Overall good value for money.

The Air Conditioning was very noisy,& we shut it down on most nights to sleep better.

I liked everything. The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, the breakfast was plentiful for a continental breakfast, the room was great, the place was spotless. The lift was a bit slow sometimes ???We found this place last minute after our original accommodation cancelled on us without explanation and what a great find. We had a 5th floor room which was refurbished with a large balcony and stunning views out to sea. The resort is fabulous and the beach amazing. A very German / Austrian / Italian resort so standards everywhere were high. Food was great everywhere. Prices in resort were higher than you would see in Spain or the UK but Italy seems a bit pricey altogether. However, don't let that put you off

There was a great choice at breakfast, they covered all options. With it having a pool and so close to the beach it is hard to decide which. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

The shower stall was a bit small. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Although located in the second row of the beach our hotel room had direct view to see. The breakfast was really extraordinary given the price of the hotel room (early September, special offer), parking and place at the beach included!

The air conditioning was placed very close to the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We had the most exeptional time me and my wife at our honeymoon at hotel jet! The staff were the most nicest staff we have ever meet, you could feel how much that they cared for us in their hotel and how incredibly helpful they were and they really spent their time guiding us to the right places for food shopping etc. We had the best time ever me and wifey! Highly recommended, also they have bicycles included so you can go riding through the city with the sea breeze cooling you down?we are definately coming again next summer with all our family, we actually started planning next trip? Let me repeat: Nicest staff ever thanks for us?

Hotel location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and cozy. Hotel has big pool and is few steps from the beach (hotel offers sunbeds and umbrellas in the beach without charge). Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is great.

Internet reception is rather bad. Pillows were not very comfortable. Noise from hallways is hearable in the rooms (not all guest think about other guests and make loud noise while leaving or coming to their rooms). Hotel is pet friendly and some dogs were barking at the evening several hours.

Staff were very helpful. Loved the location, loved having access to the beach & a pool. Breakfast was lovely.

The rooms need a update ,there still using Key's and I didin't like the bed,it's old and stiff as a board and the pillow's where like sandbags.But too be fare not the only hotel in Italy I have stayed in with moore star's on like that
