I really liked the staff. They were very friendly. I had the sense it was family run. Breakfast was nice. It was good quality.

I wish I was there in the Summer!

The view, the location and the staff were amazing.Rooms are clean and well cared for, same for the wellness area.

The bed was not really comfortable, I would upgrade those. In the normal rooms they are more like sleep sofas and were not good to our backs.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to sort out problems., extended time of room checkout and provided everything we needed. Accommodation is excellent good location, facilities and very clean, plenty of bedding and towels.

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff at Hesperia Hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every member of the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and warmth that is truly commendable. The customer service I received was not only efficient but also genuine, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home away from home than a hotel.In addition to the excellent service and amenities, the Hesperia Hotel's location allowed me to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. The christmas market was a spectacle having never visited an Italian Christmas market before, and the Fritelle are a must.

Great employees, very helpful and kind. The location is the best, everything is within walking distance. The hotel is fresh, the room was comfortable, a beautiful panorama from the terrace, the Internet is good. Definitely a hotel worth recommending.

the reception was nice, the room and the whole building has stylish design and they are new. there is nice view from theswimming pool. check out is 11!!! in lidl it is seems normal that check time is 10, that is tooearly .

We didn't sleep at all the first night as there was a problem with the air conditioning, it sounded like a generator in a our room, which despite having told the staff way before dinner, it wasn't fixed for when we came back. We spoke with the staff the day after to address the problem and we were met with incredible disdain and unhelpfulness. We were refused a meeting with the manager because we booked the room on Booking and it was at an already discounted rate (for them) so they would not help us any more. They made us feel like we were beggars. I have never felt so offended in my life. From a 4 star hotel and for the money we spent I would have not have expected such service.

The view was superb. The room service was reasonably priced and quick. Good food and drinks.

The parking garage is very tight. And you have to get out of your car to open every gate.
