I like the location of the hotel to the beach front

The elevator (lift) is out dated and took forever to go up and come down plus it’s small. So be prepared to walk up the stairs

The hotel was lovely we had a Direct sea view beautiful.The staff were very helpful and friendly The only ine thing we was dissapointed with was the breakfast We dudnt expect a cooked breakfast everyday but the choices was inly scrambled egg and bacon. It would have been nice to have maybe some hot beans or cooked tomatoes and fried egg for a change. There was a good selection of cakes croissants etc but this wasn't for us. Regardless of this we enjoyed our staff at the hotel ?

The breakfast

The position of the hotel ( in front of the beach and in the middle of central Via Bafile) is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful,, the breakfast is fresh and tasty and the rooms are clean and cozy. We aldo appreciated the free parking arrangement, very handy!

The bathrooms are really small.( but I guess will depebd on the room' type)

The location of hotel is marveous. The staff is nice, very-very helpful! The parking and the sunbeds are free! The rooms are clean and there is good-working air conditioner. The bed is very comfortable!

We reserved 2 rooms and both bathroom was very tiny! You can't use the toilet as intended: you need to sit on it from the side. The shower cabin is narrow and you need to climb over the toilet bowl to get into the cabin.

Great hotel. Front desk (Viola/Incoronata/Chiara) were very pleasant and very helpful. They were never too busy to help. Il bagnino, Dian was always available and accommodating. The property was on the beach. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean every day and fridge was always stocked with water. Air conditioning worked well. Location was excellent.

The only negativity would be the parking. The spots were limited on the property. However they did have parking off-site a few hundred meters away. We were lucky to get a spot on the property. But there is no need to use your car during your stay.

The hotel has a nice design, with it's light colors and interior, as well as the exterior, in very good condition. We loved the support from and interaction with the staff, they were really very helpful, friendly and service minded! The location of the hotel right at the beach was excellent as well as the heated pool, which was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel in the early season. We also liked having a room with a balcony and the sea view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant really nice and clean and professionally operated. We tried the dinner option one of the evenings and it was good too. Parking free of charge in the big public parking lot not too far away from the hotel was very good.

We definitely liked the hotel but here are some opportunities for improvement:1) It would be a very good value proposition if there was a gym in the hotel or if the hotel could offer a good deal for the guests in collaboration with one of the very good commercial gyms available downtown.2) The parking right outside or very close to the hotel is very limited and regrettably not very easily accessible. If you're arriving by car it can be quite tricky both to enter and leave it, even if you're just stopping there to unload your luggage and to get access to the public parking lot. I fully understand this is a logistic challenge, but the issue should be resolved together with the neighboring hotels and accommodations.3) The bathroom in our room was very compact. For us it wasn't a big problem, but if you're not reasonably physically capable and agile it can be a bit tricky to get in and out of the shower because the WC is so close.

Excellent position close to the beach. Our room at the front of the hotel had a large private patio in front with sun loungers facing the sea.

It's not too well soundproofed, meaning that noises of knocking, slamming doors, furniture moving and hydraulics can be disturbing, especially around breakfast time or during wet weather.

Breakfast was good, but maybe little too much sweets. Hotel staff was nice and hotel room was okay. Very good location.

Noises came through the walls to the hotel rooms and it was a bit disturbing.

The friendliest staff ever. The room is clean and has a beautiful view. Breakfast very rich.

We had a front room. The view was spectacular from our balcony. The pool was fantastic and beach was great!

A little dated but it was quaint.

Staff don’t speak english and takes care for Italian guest and don’t care about non Italians

Very close to the sea. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean.The breakfast is rich, but not rich enough for my taste in vegetables (only tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots are served)

the rooms are too small for 3 adults. per triple room, 2 sun beds and an umbrella are provided. the 3rd person gets a chair, not very comfortable.

Price, cleaness, breakfast, location, personnel.

Hotel has amazing location, is clean, staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend it and for sure we are coming back for more than just one night.

We booked for 3 nights prior to our cruise. we were the only English people staying there. the staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. the food was extremely good. We had originally booked bed and breakfast but we also had dinner every night as it was very tasty and a great choice. We had room 502 on the top floor with a side sea view. We did try to get a room at the front with a full sea view but there were none available. we had a large room and shower room and a large balcony, there was a massive wardrobe so loads of storage.

there is only one small lift so sometimes you had to wait.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Alberto on reception who went the extra mile for us. Michelangelo in the hotel bar was a pleasure to chat to and we enjoyed our evenings there.

The bathroom was a little small

location was wonderful. pool was great too! loved that they had a kids club! and bike rentals.

the rooms were so small. pictures made it look much more luxury than it was. the beds were awful and pillows equally as awful. had to pay for beach towels, which I found to be strange. it was very very expensive for what you actually got.

Location was super perfect, close to good restaurants and the local supermarket. The beachbeds had a small locker for phones and creditcards. Nice and frindly staff in the reception

The toilets were quite small, but very clean.
