Super pet friendly, they even have dog beds available Seafront view room and balcony was super!.Very nice staff. Would come back again.

The room needs a bit more renovation, specially the bathrooms.The AC was at 25°C and we couldn't make it colder.

Management. For me is really hard to understand why returning guests, in February at low season, when asking late check out for 1-2h (we had golf game and want to come back to the hotel for shower) don’t be allowed?!? Asking 100€, then 75, 59…… for 1-2h at low season when hotel is not full!?!?Not treating the guest at best way…. For sure this is not remark for ladies at the check in desk, but for here manager, owner… I don’t know whom

We really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel, the extremely clean and tidy spa and pool, the extremely friendly staff and the very good location of the hotel.

Very bad breakfast. Juices and milk were rancid and sour. If you book the room through booking, then the parking is extra, otherwise it is free. The rooms are poorly maintained, the TV did not work, it was replaced later, there is no hot water in the shower, or if you turn the handle correctly after a lot of effort, the hot water flows very little, the beds are extremely bad. The hotel certainly does not deserve four stars, but the accommodation is certainly not worth the price you pay. The towels have a "sour" smell.

We were in November and unfortunately it was cold in the hotel and the room heater was not efficient. Otherwise all was great.

Bar and restaurant staff very helpful and reception staff actually went out and bought me an adapter when I did have one.

The view from the room was amazing. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenience.

Despite it being winter, the temperature in the room was high, and even after adjusting the temperature, it didn't get to the right level, so I had to open the window to adjust the temperature. Also, the air in the room was very dry, and it made my throat hurt.

Paid parking - can’t understand that.Hotel guest in November, not crowded.Really unclear for me. This is no questions of 10euro/day but appreciation of the guest. For the first time in Jeselo, we have paid a parking

The room was spacious, very clean and modern.Staff very friendly and helpful.Free towels for the sun beds, free indoor swimming pool with access to water , tea and fruit.Complimentary toiletries and water on arrival.

Only the location is good but I would avoid this property, air conditioning not working, rooms have no air especially the ones on the first floor are the worst cause they are just above the spa center and are hot and humid due to air conditioning not working. We literally felt sick in the room!

Air conditioning not working! In may we were boiling in the room with 30 degrees Celsius! And they charged us for twice for parking even though we came with a taxi from airport and had no car. Even after explaining this we saw that they charged one parking after we got home. They simply left it on the bill after telling them we have no car!

On the beach

Very dated .hotel not busy but gave us a dark room at the back of the building .wouldn’t accommodate a late checkout said we would have to pay for another room .didn’t use the facilities photos online made the hotel look completely different but it’s old & dated .only used the bikes and the brakes didn’t work .staff ok not very friendly .wouldn’t go back .

-the personal was very very kind- the beach is really just few steps far- had small private parking space but with SUV it was really really difficult to fit

The rooms dont even have the electric kettle for making a cup of tea. Extremely small rooms - just bed and small table. And we had superior room with balcony and seaview. No space at all. Also gym is not a gym, there is one bench and few weights 1-5kg?

We were upgraded to a suite with a terrace overlooking the beach, the view was fantastic. The staff is really nice and helpful and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Stayed here in the off season and the prices were quite steep for what the hotel offers. The hotel needs a little love and modernization, and the bathrooms should really be renovated.

The equipment of the room does not correspond to a 4* hotel in the year 2023, the carpet and the chair were dirty. Especially the bathroom was in a bad, outdated and not in a well maintained condition. The staff was alright, except for one waitress who, instead of a polite greeting and sitting us down to a table, greeted us angry and annoyed shouting words along the lines of "what do you want here at 9 PM", we were the hotel guests, who only came to have a drink after dinner. From that moment on, we preferred to visit restaurants and bars outside the hotel, where paying clients are greeted with a smile not annoyed yelling.
