Very clean looking safe place to park your car and relax after a day at the beach.

WiFi connection could be a bit better but still not that bad.

The owner is really friendly and tries to accomodate every need you have. The B&B has a garage for bicycles which is really helpful. There's also a big breakfast.

Great location and ease of use of facilities. Nice addition with the shared fridge with private boxes to store own goods. Off the main road so car was very isolated and safe. Did a nice walk along the canal and could get to Venice in less than an hour for my work.

Spring mattress and low pressure water. That being said, the first matter is a personal dislike and the second may have been due to ground works being done next door for a new hotel. So I wouldn't hold it against them.

Fascinating building with lots of quirky details that trigger the curious mind. I particulary enjoyed the ceiling tiles in my room, which were all identical, but arranged such that it produced multiple patterns.Also amused by the fire hose reel feed pipe that doubled as a hand rail. Very clever.Beautiful furniture.Comfortable beds. Super clean. The team here put a huge amount of work into this building and it's function as a hotel. Great hosts, couldn't do enough for me and super helpful.

All good, no complaints.

Mauro’s place was perfect! He welcomed us, and showed us everything we need to know about the place! The room was perfectly clean and tidy! And the best part is the breakfast. Breakfast was so good, so many options you can choose from, and everything was delicious! If you wanna stay somwhere that is actually not that far from Venice, this is the place!!!

I booked a neat and cheap room in Jesolo to stay overnight on my trip home from tuscany. Everything worked out very smooth - the landlord had a calm and precise way of performing the check in and really bothered about my questions (way to the beach - something to eat and so on). The breakfast was nice and decent - during the night my motorcycle was securely parked under a roof - so for me everything was nice and ok for the little money I paid in a rather expensive country to stay!

The room was clean and slightly dated but very ok if you really fancy the style of the 70ies like I do. During the heavy storm at night it was also very loud due to windnoise on the roof of the building - but this is not a thing anybody on earth is responsible for....

All was OK. Lot of room for parking. Location also good. The rooms were very clean. The owner Mauro was very friendly and helpful.

There is a bridge close to the house and there is a lot of traffic even during the night. If your windows face the bride it is very noisy even with closed windows.

It's a family business and the boss Mr. Mauro and his sister are very keen to make sure everything is in order. Mr. Mauro is very careful and helpful, just very nice. There is every day (!) A fresh towel and also the room is made. You can always ask Mr. Mauro questions, he also gives good information about the surroundings and of course about Venice. The pension is located a bit out of the way, but still you can reach everything very quickly by car.

Unfortunately, the weather was unexpectedly very cold, but Mr. Mauro immediately took care of the heating. Jesolo is unfortunately not recommended in October, because 80% of stores, restaurants, museums and hotels are closed. This is a pity, because there were also sunny days and then you can't do so much locally.

You felt like you were at home,breakfast was delicious also the owner was so sweet and helpful with how to go around Venice. Made sure everything was good! :)

Perfect breakfast. Very clean. Everything is old fashioned but very well kept, neatly and clean. Friendly staff. Free safe parking.

The location of the hotel is close to the highway, which can be noisy.

Mauro and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful. They understood all our needs and provided us with a wealth of local information. We felt very welcome and it's a great place to visit Venice from. Breakfast was excellent and tailor-made to our wishes. Thank you for a lovely two days.

Really nice place, clean rooms. Owner was very helpful, told us all about how to get to certain places etc. Breakfast was a great aspect too. The location is okay, it was not too far from the bus stop and about 20 min walk to the beach. Overall great place, definitely would recommend.

I am so happy to choose this Hotel, owner is super friendly and helpful, room is very clean, breakfast is perfect, I will recommend. Its not to far from the beach and center , in hotel you can use bikes,with bike it is 5 min from hotel to beach, everything is perfect ?

Very cold room in October, the hotel is old and the location did not seem very good with regards to going to restaurants, to the beach etc.

We are satisfied with the accomodation and we have only positive experience, service is polite and nice, food (breakfast) excellent, This accomodation can be offered with good heart! Thank you.
