Staff was helpful and pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Simple but cosy.

No coffee in hotel in 7am. And no kitchen.

Location is pretty good!

The stuff, the cleaning lady and the front desk guy was very nice! but the owner or the manager is arrogant! And gave us no help!

Great staff that organized super late check-in beforehand with transfer from Marco Polo Airport and it all worked out perfectly.

There were many ants in the room and the toilet. There was only 1 power socket in the room.

Loved the location, it was few steps from the beach. The A/C worked perfectly. Room was Okay, small but comfortable. Balcony was good to dry clothes. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. You can also get drinks in place. Close to the main road where the stores, supermarkets and restaurants are. The free parking is not too far and there is plenty of space there. Price was good compared to anything else still available on a last minute reservation.

Room was a bit small, but it was okay for a short stay. Parking is far, but you can park just in-front to drop your stuff and then go park it after, so not really bad.

Free loungers on the beach

We messaged before hand asking if the room had a fridge, we was told it did but when we got there it didn’t and by that time we had bought cold drinks that all went warm. This was an inconvenience for us and after them giving us some ice we came back for more and she said we had took it all already. The drains in the bathroom smelt so bad, I think this is normal for this area though. There was only 1 chair on our balcony, hair still on the shower walls. Our air con wasn’t working throughout the night, we was unable to sleep it was so hot. The number we had to contact had no answer so was unable to get in touch with anyone. I understand they may not have 24/7 reception but there should be a number you can ring, all we needed was a fan. In the morning when the receptionist saw us she apologised for the air con but never responded to the message whenever she saw it, just waited until she saw us. She gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience but still, the hotel didn’t serve the purpose and feel disappointed to of spent money on here for a birthday trip away where I couldn’t even sleep it was that hot. I’ve sent multiple messages and emails addressed to the manager to this hotel after our stay but still haven’t had a response. Please can I have a response off someone.

Included breakfast was excellent. Pleased we were there early as it got very crowded quickly but everything was replenished when done.

Parking, although free was 800 meters from hotel even though there were spaces on drive at side of our room.

Approximity to the city centre and the beach. Good price for the location.

Very small room under the roof, a far to small shower cabin, very poor furniture, no fridge, heaps of stairs to get to the room, the car had to be parked about 1,5 km from the room.

The extra bed was like a boat… huge “hole” in the middle. We were on the ground floor, so we heard all the other guests walk through in front of our door at night and the steps they took to go upstairs.

The hotel was good value for money, we reserved a double room and got upgraded to a triple on arrival. The price includes sun lounges and breakfast, which had a great choice of food. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

The staff is warm & approachable. Perfect.

It's just the aircon is not so cold but it runs normal.

Very close to the beach, has a sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds for free. Breakfast perfect, Children love it very much. The staff is help and usefull. Get the hotel parking card for parking area. In front of the reception can park with the car to in/out load the packaging.

The room could be a littlebit bigger. To park is an excursion, but no problem at all (in case of a not disabled person). Morning 5 am the staff trucks are noisy. However it is related to the city and not for hotel.

Sea views, great location, nice breakfast. Good value for money.
