Villa Serena

We enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel, clean rooms, clean beach. Breakfast was fine (and sufficently rich; we can't confirm any of the negative reviews in that regard). Hotel manager arranged that we could enjoy the whole departue day at the beach (keeping our sunbeds and leaving the car in the hotel parking lot) for only a small extra fee :-)

We did not like that the bath room did not have a hanger for the toilet paper. Also, I did not like the intense smell of the cleaning liquid used to scrub the hotel floors. Unfortunately, no refrigerator on the room.

Owner was extremely helpful. Perfect location to cafe restaurant shopping and beach

Location is great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast I would say more then decent for a 3 star hotel in Italy. Nothing to complain about.

The stay was great, nothing to complain about, really nice and helpful staff. We didn't realize the departure day was upon us until 1 pm when we went into panic mode. Huge thanks to the owner who was really cool about it, no late check out fee, even allowed us to leave the car at the hotel until we went to have lunch.

There was no minifridge in the room.

Location

The room was very small. Not worth the value. Hotel doesnt provide enough towels or towels for the beach. Owner was extremely grumpy. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location is great, the receptionist did his best to help us with our stay and with travelling around and made us feel welcome.

The hotel is close to the main street which is great but it also means that there is more noise coming into the room.

Location, everything was super clean, owner who was very polite and took care of everything.

If we didn't have our duties we would stay there till today :)

Close to the beach, nice environment, everything was close by walk

The owner of the Hotel should improve his behaviour towards clients and improve communication skills, show more respect and patience, because it was hard to tolerate after a while. Otherwise, the whole staff was fantastic and would still recommend the place to everyone who wants to stay in the city within walking distance to everything.

breakfast was very disappointing; instant coffee which is unacceptable in Italy. staff very unpleasant. tried to overcharge us.. not recommended.

Personel was very kind. Breakfast was very good everyone can find something to eat. Parking was well organized. Very nice receptionist!

Very friendly staff. Top location - close to lots of restaurants and shops and 3 minutes' walk to the beach. Very clean rooms.

Quite small rooms. Unfortunately we didn't get rooms with balconies (most rooms seem to have balconies, but not all).

The beds and pillows are very very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. The property it is very nice and new and smell very good on the floors.And the personal and the manager are making everything to make you fell like it was you best vacation ever

The staffs were very kind, resourceful and ready to help. The room was super nice and neat. Breakfast was superb! We'll definitely come back!!!!

An unpleasant event happened with us in this hotel. I left a bag in the room that contained a wallet with money and money was stolen from there. Of course, we informed the hotel owner, all we received is the answer: "this is not possible." And nothing more. They didn't even apologize. Of course we can't prove it in any way, and the amount was not a large (100), but the rest was ruined. So, be careful in this hotel. The room was a bit cramped, the doors on the closet and shower room were broken.Very monotonous, weak breakfasts.
