Hotel Villa Eugenia - 3 Stelle Superior con Private SPA e Piscina

I liked the location. The breakfast was very good, they even had gluten free snacks.

When we booked the room the Booking app said that the pool is open and we only booked because of that fact. But during our stay the pool was closed and the owner said that he sent info to Boking app but it wasn't like that. We felt like we were deceived.

We did not have breakfast. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel absolutely spotless. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

I felt service at the bar area needed to be quicker ..sometimes only one person on reception so they had to serve both.

The air conditioner did not work properly We ask the receptionist to fix it but unfortunately she was not able to do it in three days So in the room was high temperature we could not sleep all nightAnd on the balcony - we paid for a big balcony— there is no any table only two chair and no any possibility for hanging out our wer clothes

I liked the pool on the rooftop even if it was 6 degrees cold, also the beach was like 2 minutes away and the city wasn’t so far away, it was amazing??????

The balcony could have more stuff not just like the empty balcony, maybe some more like a chair or table etc.

the 2-year-old boy couldn't even take the half-eaten bun out of the restaurant... the rule is the rule ?. The breakfast could have been more varied, it was a kind of ham and cheese all the time...

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom very clean and nice. The breakfast had a broad range of food and drinks and everything tasted amazing, great coffee!!

Disappointed because the pool was not in use. Every where on the booking.com was written pool is open, even there is an answer saying " pool is open all year" and for my big surprise when I asked about it I got "pool is close" . As well the spa was 25 euros extra for an hour or an hour and a half, information that was not even mention anywhere. My big relaxation plan was ruined

It was pleasant, comfortable, clean, quality breakfast. The location is excellent for visiting Venice, as well as other cities in the province of Veneto. Mauro and his colleagues are very kind and hospitable.

We loved the modern room and the rooftop pool was a nice refreshment after a long day. The room was super clean every day, fresh towels as well. We even booked an extra night, everyone was always very helpful and the breakfast was amazing as well. We loved that the hotel wasn´t huge, so it had a cozy feeling and you could have some nice chats with the staff and the boss :)

The hotel has been recently refurbished and was pristine! The rooms and the communal areas floor are cleaned every day. The location is just perfect as the hotel is a stone’s throw from the high street with all the shops - and yet in a very quiet side street - and so close to the beach!The sun beds are quite comfy and the beach umbrella is equipped with a safe, so that you can leave your valuables there and enjoy your dips.The rooms are spacious and refined. The bathroom in our room (Deluxe) was just huge and with very modern fittings. There’s a fab rooftop swimming pool, ideal to enjoy your aperitif at the sunset, and a cozy spa fitted with jacuzzi, chromotherapy tub, sauna and stem room that one can have all for himself; it can only be rented privately, in slots of 1 hour and and half.Another significant plus is the breakfast; the hotel owner prides himself in serving only locally sourced produce, and one can tell it’s true. I especially recommend the fruit salad (fresh fruits not tinned), freshly baked cakes, homemade jams and the ham - which is simply immense!The hotel restaurant cuisine is also a gem; again, the menu only features locally sourced food.But the cherry on the top of the cake are the hotel staff and its atmosphere: friendly, jolly and easy going. Impossible not feeling at home.I just loved this place!

The hotel was more than we expected we stayed for 3 nights and it’s absolutely beautiful, the pool was very nice, we spend the time at the pool, clean a rooftop with a great view!! Breakfast was good!

The disappointment was on the last day we paid for the parking to park the car at the hotel for the time being there and on the last day we found the car with grey scratches on it, when we asked what happed 3 members of the stuff escorted outside to see and than they said “Madam it’s impossible” well when we arrived I’m sure we didn’t have any scratches on it, I asked the receptionist if I can see the camera from the night before as at night time it was a grey car parked behind ours just to get the answers that “the camera it’s not working because on the ground floor we don’t have internet” really disappointed, we felt as the help needed was not offered at all!!

Nice little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with a balcony. Very good breakfast included in the price. Parking for 10 euros per night behind the hotel was very convenient. Also the beach acsess!

Air-conditioning wasn't working in our room... Outside +35, in the room +26.3...

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is located at the beginning of the city centre, you can walk or take a bicycle (free of charge from hotel) and you won't miss a thing. The beach is wonderful and secure - you get 2 sunbeds and umbrella (included in the price of stay). The rooftop pool is wonderful and has beautiful views. The hotel is very clean, the cleaning ladies clean the room daily (refill shampoo, change bed sheets...). The staff are the most wonderful people we have ever met on a vacation, a big thank you to everyone.

The breakfast had the most delicious sweets (the chocolate croissants were the best we ever tasted) - maybe if there were a bit more non-sweet options for breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausages...etc that would be even better. The parking is located right behind the hotel, it does get a bit crowded but the hotel staff attend to it quickly. The parking is not secured by a gate, and only one side of the carpark has a roof that keeps you car in the shade (or away from rain).
