No wall hangers in the bathroom for towels. Got the balcony table after our complain. Extra charge for beach sunbeds and parasol- 35 eur per day.

Amazing view, close to the beach, close parking, shower close to hotel, feels safe (code at the door and guard)

One of the staff (apparently one of the owner‘s wife) was kind of rude.

The wifi was terrible,we couldn't even send messages,this was a big problem for us,we couldn't stay in touch with our family and friends.The bed was too soft and uncomfortable,it seemed worn out.There was no hot water at 11pm,and the pressure is terrible,this is also a big deal.When I checked out,i asked the receptionist to prolongue my parking for 5 hours,she charged me 10 euros,when I arrived at the parking lot,I saw that for 5 hours you have to pay 6 euros.Its very unpleasant to be scammed by the hotel staff.

Spacious and comfort room. Friendly staff. The advantage of the Hotel is pet friendly. This is a beach-front hotel, so you can just path the promenade and swim. You can observer crabs on the piers. Very valuable option if you plan to visit Venice.

The coffee from vending machines on the breakfast was awful. The Wifi in the room was poor.

Varied and rich breakfast, fresh food and the terrace where breakfast is served overlooks the beach :)Everything is extremely clean and the staff very kind and welcoming The hotel overlooks the beach and is 2 minutes from the main street where you can walk and where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

Room was really small, and beds were so small that it was scary to sleep being afraid of falling out of bed! Staff was not very helpful, didin’t make you feel welcomed

The location was fantastic. Beach was a few steps away, lots of restaurant and shops nearby. The staff were so helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. Good choice at breakfast and the rooms were always kept very clean. Would definitely come back!!

There was a very long list of things that you should do and very long list of penalties if you don’t do it.. so it made my stay there stressful and unpleasant. The apartment was very nice and surroundings to, but I would go there again because of above!

The location is absolutely superb. It's conveniently situated close to all major attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Whether you're interested in dining, shopping, or sightseeing, everything is just a short walk away.The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If the management could invest in more comfortable bedding, this hotel would easily be a top choice for any traveler. Nevertheless, if location and excellent service are your top priorities, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

- The staff is super friendly. Jean Lucca from the restart he is such a friendly and amazing host. as well the woman from the receptions, feels like in home.Hotel has the best location in Jesolo, and it’s clean and very nice breakfast.

the air-conditioner was not really cooling. I got annoyed because you can control really the temperar.as well the room are a bit small for a family.

Breakfast was good Lunch tea and coffee at the hotel was quite expensive Great being right on the beach and so close to all shopping and restaurant places I was under the impression that I actually booked the superior room, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t.

Not one thing

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. But its location ... it's just perfrect, right in front of the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast was various and tasty - it was a joy for our family having breakfast righ on the beach. We would visit and stay again in the hotel!

Location is perfect .. direct access to the beach and we had a room with a direct view to the beach. Free parking but five minutes away from hotel

The room is so small and that was uncomfortable The breakfast was limited (only one kind of cheese, pork and no other types of meat)

Right by the sea, I loved that there are small safes in the umbrellas on the beach that you can put your wallet, phone and other valuables. It is really convenient that the sunbeds are already assigned to the rooms, you don’t have to hurry to get a bed. Very nice staff.

The beds, especially pillows can be a bit more comfortable.
