Theft, Unhelpful Staff, and Poor Management

Our room was robbed at night while we were sleeping, and my daughter's bag was stolen. The staff showed no sympathy or surprise and discouraged us from calling the police, so we had to find a translator at the tourist office and file a police report ourselves. After that, a hotel maid tried to barge into our room, yelling that we had stolen her watch, which completely stressed out my daughter. The hotel manager responded to this only by canceling the room cleaning. The rooms are small, and the breakfast is poor, nevertheless, the hotel's location is excellent, it could be acceptable for a seaside vacation if not for the management's behavior. The manager also failed to respond promptly to Booking.com's inquiries about the situation. We left immediately after the incident with the maid, in the middle of the prepaid stay, and we are currently in contact with Booking.com regarding a refund.

General speaking the hotel was good as a 3 star one but the price was too high for such kind of hotel. Breakfast was good in comparison with this levels of hotels along with a merciful people. Location was perfect as we were expected.

The room was an attic room which it was not directed in the advertising. No window! Blind location!

Close to the beach, closed parking space

The room did not look like in the pictures, it was on the last floor, attic , from the half you couldn’t walk because of the wooden beams. Very hot , noise, no good isolation.. same price as the others below.. should be cheaper and Booking should show the pictures of this room .. not the one belowAlso the furnishing is strange.. the position on the tv , you can’t really watch it from the bed Breakfast area very smallOne chair for kids available so the other family had to hold their baby in the hand while eating.also not possible to put the chair at any table because it is the way for other guests ( not family friendly)Also breakfast very limited.Most of the staff will greet you if you greet them first otherwise they don’t .Cot bed is extra 25 euro/ night!Umbrella and chairs also extra 10 euro/room!!

Poor value for money.

Uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast. Single bed came out of wall cupboard. Bunk beds came out of wall cupboard and were unsafe for children.

Close to its own beach. Good location. Parking is a 4-5 minutes walk. Friendly staff.

Room was too small for a family with bigger children.Every time we went out of the room, the air condition started to work at a very low temperature even if we did not want it, so when we arrived back it was ice cold inside. We tried not to close the balcony door but then it went the same way.No warm dishes at breakfast after 9:30 a.m.

The place was really nice. So close to the sea and parking just one minute. The wall isolation is good and refrigerator in the room is good. The windows was completely prevent any noise from street. The staff are so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and bathroom is quite big which is good.

Maybe the beds needs to be better but I don't complain, it was acceptable for me.

The hotel is very near to the beach and everything. Sun-bed and umbrella included on the beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking available, not very far. Nice selection of pastries and fruit, eggs at breakfast. Our stay was perfect here.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of (they clean them everyday), the breakfast is delicious and it has very tasty bakery. The room is confortable, the bathroom is spacious. The beach is close and you have sun-bed and umbrella included. The location is very close to the center, but is not too close, so it is not noisy. It is a place where you would love to come back. I recommend it!

More variety of hot food at breakfast would be great. Continental breakfast and omelette is fine but another hot dish would be ideal.

Everything. The location was ideal for beach, shops and eateries and also the tourist information centre and bus. The staff were really friendly and knew you by name and the breakfast was amazing.

Very welcoming, the staff is great, everything was clean and you get everything you could need. The rooms are nice and have balconies. The location is superb, you have just a few minutes to the beach and it’s right next to the main street. You also get a parking card for a parking space in the city.

Pillows and beds could be a bit bigger and comfier, but they aren’t bad by any means.

Our second visit. Very friendly reception staff, nice breakfast. We knew what to expect. Rooms cozy and clean. Will definitely come back again. Good location, close to everything important. Lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking available, not very far.

Uncomfortable bed

Very friendly staff, rooms was cleaned every day and well, perfect location to reach the beach. In the beach is free wi-fi and it works perfect.

Kind and lovely staff, small and clean rooms middle of the city center, breakfast was very delicious, beach 50meters with parasols and sunlongers. All what I need!
