Friendly staff. Especially the serving staff for breakfast. They were so super nice. They always greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. Wonderful people.

The hot tub both indoor and outdoor should have the heat turned up. They were both cold. I realize this is an oddly cool May, but your guests would've gotten significantly more they were out of their stay if they were able to utilize the hot tubs.

Hotel is clean and the bed is comfortalbe

The staff at the reception is unfriendly and, in some cases, aggressive, and the information on Booking did not match the reality. You have to pay for everything. including the sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool. Which was not mentioned on Booking. If you want to use the hotel’s pool by you have to pay. Or you can stand on your feet or sit on the floor — I guess they won’t charge you for that, but I’m not sure, it needs to be clarified. Thr warst coffe ever. It’s unbelievable to be drink such bad coffee anywhere in Italy. I will never visit this hotel

One of the most beautiful hotels in this area, with a great pool just in front of the beach, flowers and great breakfast.

That you have to pay extra for sun beds both by the pool and on the beach. At least those hy the pool should be included in the price.

Amazing view and great size room and bed. Breakfast was good and great to be right on the beach.

No iron available, no kettle in room

With a beachfront location close to the city of Venice, this hotel is off to a great start. My abiding memory will be of the superb service which is not always guaranteed in Italy. From chasing down our lost our luggage with the airline and arranging car hire locally to the service at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble.Our family really enjoyed the pool and beach, the weather was of course hot in August. The short ferry to Venice is a 20-30 minute bus ride from the hotel and I would really recommend this hotel as a base if you are travelling to see Venice for more than a weekend during the summer.

The decor in the hotel is a little dated but everywhere is clean and in good repair so this didn't detract at all from our stay. Jesolo is a busy resort and that won't suit everyone but our family enjoyed the vibe. The hotel rooms are on the smaller size but by Italian standards they were average.

Outside area was unbelievably clean and well kept (swimming pool, garden, flowers, …). Good service during the breakfast . Nice lobby and competent people at the desk

Room size (too small), no mini-bar (fridge was empty) and no drink water available in the room. Wellness area not at the level of a 4stars S, it was more like a 3 star holiday inn fitness room. Breakfast not at the level, selection and quality, a few time we found recycled staff from the day before (croissants, …)Poor bar service during the day

Very limited parking space at the hotel.

Late check out becouse IRONMAN race. Its great for runners so that we can shower after the race. Hotel allowed check out at 15:30

Excellent location,great always smiling staff,clean and fresh room,buffet breakfast with a great choice of everything,really a good variety.Loved their Frito Misto during snack hours.Lovely swimming pool.Overall very good experience and a happy customer.

The place is beautiful, the location is excellent. The staff is ultra friendly. Restaurant is amazing for dinner.

I could have imagined a more italian like breakfast, but it was rather continental. However breakfast was nice.
