Family Hotel Alexander - Azzurro Club

The Hotel is 3min walk from the seaside, shops, retaurants in the road, just 2 min walk from the Hotel.

The hotel location was near to the beach (2 minutes). The combination of salt water (sea) and hotel pool was great for us. The animation team for the kids was great as well. The food was good. The hotel staff was very kind.

The shower cabin was small. The hotel is a little bit outdated.

Food and that it was family oriented

Large quadruple room with balcony, daily room service, welcoming and helpful staff, tasty and various dishes, free beverages included, sufficient quantity of high chairs for all the small guests, large pool, nice playing area for kids, free strollers and bikes.Everything was thoroughly thought and planned to make the stay for families with children comfortable and less stressful.

Wifi was weak. The room facilities were outdated and needed replacement (including furniture, air conditioner, hair dryer, etc.).

- Children friendly in all manners (smiles, programs, foods per request etc.)- Kind and helpful staff- Various food with lots of seafood- Near the beach (3 minutes maybe)- 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella on the beach (very fair)- Daily cleaning of rooms- Bicycle rental is free (cycles for smaller kids also available)- Free parking nearby (in a public free parking place)

- There was a little mess of finding a proper room for us (maybe there was a disconnection with Booking systems)- Air conditioning is missing all over the hotel (in the rooms it is OK but during eating in the restaurant is is quite hot)- Some furniture needs renovation (we had to ask for some repairment also)- Breakfast was always the same without vegetables

Very friendly staff. Nice animations for children. The playground for kids in hotel was great. Hotel offered free strollers and bikes.

Take your own hairdryer, the one in the room is very weak. The menu could be less repetitive. Pictures were showing pizzas and pancakes which weren't available for the whole week we stayed there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, Antonio and his colleague went above and beyond for us. We wanted to visit Venice for a day ( one day trip) and he helped us reserve a seat on the boat to and back from Venice and he even packed us a lunch box for the trip, which came in very handy later on.The restaurant staff was also very friendly and the food was good and divers, every day something new.It lives up to it's name "Family Hotel" , they offer an indoor playroom, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a huge balcony where you can dry your clothes and also free bicycles ( for children and adults, max. 2 h) .Also great were the 2 sun lounges and umbrella on the beach ( which is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel)

I have nothing to complain about, but I would like to offer every one a tip: never bring white towels to a hotel, unless you don't care much for them .( They get easily confused with the hotel ones, and bye bye towel... And it is no ones fault except your own pour judgement)

The hotel is literally few minutes walk from the beach where you have included a set of sunbeds and umbrella. There is a pool, for those who prefer against the beach. The price reflects the partially outdated furniture and the hotel interior, but the beds are comfy enough. The balcony is very big and one can enjoy the view over the street or just relax. If you are lucky you can book an underground parking lot, which is tight having all the structural pillars, but preferable to the open sunny parking across the street.

The breakfast is rather in the lower quality range. There is a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella on the breach no matter how many room guests, which is inconvenient for families with teens.

When I booked this hotel, I was aiming for something by the sea and was not expecting such a lovely meals every time. The food was outstanding, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Hotel is a little bit dated - carpets need replacement, for example, but it is just a minor thing, which I did not mind at all.
