Breakfast. Compared to another hotel in Lido di Jesolo, it was poor.

I can confidently say that it is the perfect hotel for an unforgettable vacation. From the outstanding location, impeccable cleanliness to the friendly staff and approachable owner, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible. One of the most remarkable aspects of Hotel Canova is its unbeatable location just a few minutes away from the beach. Dotted along the pristine coastline, the hotel provides guests with allocated umbrellas and sunbathing chairs, ensuring the ultimate relaxation by the sea. It was an absolute delight to have easy access to the beach, allowing us to soak in the sun and enjoy the calming waves without any hassle.The cleanliness of the hotel is truly commendable. With rooms being cleaned on a daily basis, we were constantly greeted with a fresh and welcoming environment upon returning from our daily adventures. The attention to detail was exceptional, leaving no room for any complaints.

The hotel is nice, clean, room was big enough, very good value for the money. Even the hotel is not new I felt very good. Good restaurant - we served breakfast (which was rich) but also dinner on demand (which was not expensive but you need to select the menu in advance). The hotel has umbrellas on the beach on a much better price than if you rent directly on the beach. Also has bikes to shortly use for free. Parking was ok too.The staff was very nice, supportive (clean ladies, in restaurant, at reception).What I liked the most was the attitude. The attitude was of trust, no control, relaxed, fair - from the reception/(director), to the restaurant and clean ladies. This contributes to the good state of spirit of one's vacation.

When all people around you are extremely nice and helpful, you don't really need the technological augmentation to have fun. The hotel is simple regarding facilities, but the laid-back friendliness of the staff and the very facile arrangement of anything you ask for from morning well into the night makes you stop looking for the hi-tech solutions encountered elsewhere. What I would highlight is the cleanliness of the hotel, the daily room cleaning service, and the great meals. I really appreciated the opportunity to borrow a bike for free ("No worries, just ask for it anytime") as there are splendid biking routes around.

An improvement of the wifi internet is all I could recommend. Otherwise, we felt like sharing a home with the other guests. There is nothing I could mention as a disadvantage.

Everything was great. Owners are really friendly and helpfull. One of a biggest advantage of a hotel is parking. Not typical parking as hotels use to have (car to car to car), but normal. You can use your car when you want. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids was great, big enough with two balconies. Bathroom was clean and newly done. Staff was cleaning the room every day with new clean towels every 2 day (we didnt need, but we had). Breakfast was continental, same every day. But many varietes are possible. You can choose eggs, ham, bacon, salami, sausages, fruits, milk, youghurts, cereals, croissants, jams, cakes, bread, toasts.... And also food was substituted during whole breakfast. Doesnt matter when you came, there was always enough food. Beach is 3 minutes from hotel, justs acrross the street. Location is perfect for families with kids. Its quite quiet comparred to other locations near to the hotel, e.g. Piazza Aurora or Piazza Mazzini. Lido offers also a lot of things to visit- Wheel of Venice, Tropicarium park, Science museum, the biggest aquapark in Italy- Caribe bay (openes at 10AM, but at cca 11,30 is closed due to maximum capacity; I also recommend to buy tickets at least 6 day sooner- little bit cheaper), pirate ship Jolly Roger, many bouncing castles, train Il Gondolino, carousels, karts, tripo to Venice, Murano, Burano..... Also really really long promenade (about 10km), where you can tase italian food, buy souvenirs, see concerts or typical markets..

Ideally located, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good and the hotel offers free bikes and parking. So we’ve really enjoyed biking around the area before swimming and relaxing by the beach.

amazing helpful and friendly staff, we get sunbeds and umbrellas for free, also we could borrow the bikes. Breakfast were great, we could find anything there. Amazing location, just 1-2 minutes by walk from beach. The hotel is located in the end of the promenade with was great because it wasn’t noisy during the night. We got new towels everyday and housekeepers were cleaning the room everyday. I would love to come back again.

The room and bathroom were too small but it wasn’t a problem at all. Breakfast were just till 9:30 which was a bit early for us.

Does not meet its accreditation: a 3* hotel. In fact, it is a hostel on the type of "bed and breakfast". If you need to stay for 2-3 nights and are not confused by mold in the bathroom, poorly working sewage system, monotonous breakfasts and plastic dishes in the restaurant -ok. We were planning to stay for a week, which we repeatedly regretted. Especially impressed by the claims of maids that we are dirty (yes, sometimes we dined in the room on the balcony and trash cans were filled, but this garbage no one took out a few days and in the bathroom no one cleaned). On the request to change the bed linen at least on the fourth day of stay and to clean the balcony the manager began to shout hysterically at us in English-Italian language. The general sense, which we caught in the flow of his scolding: "You need - you clean, and if you don't like it - leave, he does not keep anyone....".What we basically did and spent the rest of the vacation in another place. So, if the task is to have a comfortable rest in Lido di Jesolo - it is better to choose something else, especially since there are many hotels in the same price category nearby.

The hotel is very well located, on the pedestrian street and really just a few steps from the beach. The breakfast is plentiful, although not very varied, I missed the fresh vegetables. There is space in the parking lot and it is free. The staff is very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was very clean at our arrival and daily cleaned during our stay. The personal and the owner were always ready for any questions that we had about the hotel or activities in the area. Food was delicious, we had a half board and we were very satisfied. The breakfast and also the dinner were delicious and from quantity nothing to complain. The price for this location is absolutely good and maybe the best what you can get. The hotel is very good located the beach is only 200 meters away, you have all the facilities that you need only 2 steps away (Supermarket, Tabacheria, Clothing stores etc.) A big thank you for all the team.

There is a very nice beach in lido di jesolo. there was a lot of fine sand on the beach. the breakfast at the hotel was great. and it was very close to the beach in terms of location. the owner of the hotel took care of us closely and was very friendly. he solved all our problems.

Perfect location very close to the beach, with option to reserve sunbeds for half price compared to reserving them at the beach. Rooms look better than on the pictures, the cleanliness is exceptional. Food is very tasty, morning buffet, dinner is served with selection from 5 starters, 5 main courses, 3 deserts and a salat buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sufficient number of parking spaces, about half of them in a shade.

A very nice and cozy hotel close to the beach. We were delighted with the generous breakfast, great location and comfortable room. The hotel is more or less quite despite a busy street it is located on.

some staff avoid us because of the language barrier - we could speak just English, monotonous breakfasts, no hot drink available easily and quickly during the breakfast

The hotel is super clean, the breakfast is also fabulous. Staff is very helpful, I can only recommend this place for everyone:)

Nothing to mention

Very basic and tiny room and bathroom, but sufficiently clean. We had booked a double room +1 on half board. Due to Covid restrictions buffet at breakfast and dinner was not possible, so we had to choose from a fixed menu the previous day. Still, the food was delicious and abundant. Drinks and espresso coffee charged for. Possibility to dine outdoors. Bicycles available at no cost. Free parking. Wi-fi and air conditioning functioning OK. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great owner. 2 minutes from the fantastic beach. Supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants in proximity. Great for people who do not waste time indoors, but rather enjoy the beach and the sea.

I did not expect to be charged for the sunbeds and the umbrella at the beach. The explanation was that I had booked my stay through Booking and not directly with the hotel. Makes no sense to me and had never happened in my 10+ years visiting Jesolo. The hotel is situated on the main street and not "beachfront" as advertised. Only one pillow per person available. The bathroom could use a renovation.
