The pool was ok. The breakfast was ok. There was an elevator

It was a dump! The rooms were soooo tiny and only had a single outlet, located in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t lock, the shower was the smallest one I’ve ever seen. It smelled like sewer gas (that may have come from outside, I couldn’t tell). It was so expensive for the terrible room.

Good size room, balcony, comfy beds, helpful staff, close to beach

Breakfasts could have been bigger variety, orange juice was colored water, so as the coffee.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel and the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was extremely small and felt uncomfortably cramped. Despite booking a double room, we were given a bed consisting of two separate mattresses placed side by side — which is a twin arrangement, not a proper double bed.The room itself was in very poor. There were no power outlets located near the beds, forcing us to charge our phones in the bathroom overnight — a highly inconvenient and impractical setup.The most disappointing part, however, was the bathroom, especially the shower. The shower cabin was so small that it was impossible to move inside and wash properly. Moreover the shower doors were broken and did not close.On top of that, the towels provided were so dirty that we had to request replacements three times before receiving ones that were even remotely acceptable.The location of our room within the hotel was also problematic. It seemed to be positioned beneath a staircase, and throughout the stay we were constantly disturbed by the sound of guests climbing up and down, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest.Unfortunately, the breakfast was equally underwhelming — if not the worst aspect of all. Even the most basic hostels I’ve stayed at have offered far better quality. The photos shown online are highly misleading; the reality was that there wasn’t a single piece of fruit or vegetable available, something I’ve never experienced at any hotel before.All these issues combined severely impacted our stay. While the staff did make an effort to be polite and helpful, our request for a room upgrade — which we were willing to pay for — was refused.And please, do not suggest that we booked something cheap and therefore should have expected such a poor experience; just a few days ago, in Sirmione, for the very same price, we stayed in a spacious two-room apartment with two bathrooms, outstanding breakfast, and excellent service.

Very clean, good location, friendly staff

management, staff ever so helpful, enjoyed food in restaurant on an evening, breakfast spread excellent, plenty sun loungers at the beach & rooftop pool.

The staff is excellent: polite and friendly, no complaints. The location is quite good you, not far from the beach. The hotel has its sun-beds and umbrellas, that is very useful. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed as well.

We ordered a room for 4 adults and 1 child. We were ready for small room and it was quite ok. But the beds were awful. There was one big bed, I can't even say bed-two beds were standing near as one. It was uncomfortable with a child, that she was falling into the hole between. Another bed was the worst we've ever met. It was provided for 2 adults but it was a bunk-bed . It seemed to be bought in Aliexpress, because it was like for children or dolls not adults. The ladder was unstable, it was really scary to rise and to go down. One had to hold it strongly to another to go down or rise. The lowest part was almost on the floor, so that it was inconvenient to lie and to get up. So disappointing thing. Breakfasts were the same each day. They we okay, but we'd like a bit variations of it.

Missing fridge.Problematic parking, but it is possible free, but you must searching very lot.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The location is fantastic, being close to popular shopping centers and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were extremely polite and professional, responding quickly to any requests. Cleanliness was top-notch everywhere, from the rooms to the public areas. I also appreciated the additional amenities like the pool, which were in excellent condition. The hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I will definitely return to stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was generally good, but the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited, with little variety in the food offered. While the hotel is good in other aspects, improving the quality of the breakfast would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Breakfast is so good & cleaning is very excellent Also, we like to be the beach, which is very close to the hotel.Reasturent food is delicious & Staff also very friendly. We enjoyed the pool bath very much.

Parking space is not enough for the customers

Ideal location for the beach. Quite good restaurant in the hotel. Private parking lot. Private pool at the roof. Private sunbad and parassol at the beach. Helpfull reception staff and waitresses, can speak many languege.

In rush hour hard to parking in/out as some parking place are blocked by other cars. A fridge in the room would be nice. A bit monotone breakfast selection.

The beach was close to the hotel (5 min walk) and offered 2 sunbeds per room, that made our stay very comportable. Nearbay were a lots of restaurants, bars and shops so the location is just perfect. The staff was also excelent with help to visit the attractions nearby (like Venice).

The size of the room was a bit small and there were better restaurants around than what we had in the hotel.

Close to the beach, which belogs to the hotel. Breakfast is fine, but 2 coffee machines got broken and people had to wait for 15 minutes to get a cup of hot drink. The restaurant on the groundfloor gives 10% discount to the hotel's guests.

Dirty walls and carpets everywhere, dirty walls in the room. Old, worn-out furniture in the room, the water from the shower was running into the room. Tiny room and shower, not enough space to move around the bed. The hole from the cigarette on the bed cover, though the room is non-smoking, the smell of smoke in the room. Dirty balconies and the noise from the air conditioner's motor outside the building. The rude and unhelpful staff, who didn't respond any sms before the arrival and can cancel your booking without your permission. The places at the beach you have to find yourself from 40 to 80, they are not fixed for the room...

We stayed two nights at this hotel. At our arrival, we got upgraded from economy double room to double room thanks to the very kind male receptionist. We got a room on the 4th floor with a nice balcony. Free parking, easy approach to the beach, just about 150m by walk, sunbeds included in the price, clean pool on the rooftop with availability of sunbeds. For the two nights that we stayed, we had our room cleaned and towels replaced. Breakfast was good. Supermarket just around the corner. Great location!

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, but luckily we had an extra small single bed and I had to sleep on that one. The shower was broken, and the water was splashing outside since the shower sliding doors couldn't close well. But for an old hotel you can't expect more. Adding more toiletries would be nice.

Nice hotel with very affordable prices. We spent here a night after visiting Venice. Best option ever. Also there is a Japanese "all you can eat" restaurant in town, that made overall impression much better. Free parking on a public slots near the hotel. Breakfast included. Amazing beach in 100m from the hotel. English speaking staff.

The room is small. I mean really small. It's just a bit bigger then the bed. The mattress quality is also low, but I didn't expect much, considering the price. It was clean, that's all I need. There is a balcony bigger than this room also.

Great location! 1/2 a block to the beach. Breakfast and 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds included in the price. Dine at their restaurant and receive 10 discount! Has a huge deck, as well
