Pros +
- Great hotel in a perfect location! Everything was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. An ideal place for a short and long stay close to the beach and the town center.
- Situated in the corner of the busiest square in Jesolo, this hotel is surrounded with life in summer months, and, surprisingly, also in September, which may cause unwanted loss of sleep if one is given a room facing the square. Staying for more than 4 nights may lead to feeling bored with the breakfast food selection, but not to worry, Jesolo streets are full of restaurants tending to one's appetite. The peaceful and quiet pool's downsides are the unpleasant skyscraper view and limited time accessibility.
- Location is very close to everywhere. Friendly stuff.
Cons -
- The hotel's management, which seems to have once put in a strict set of rules, has era-appropriate capitalistic blood pumping in its veins, for they don't show understanding of simple human errors such as momentary lapse. One is then made to be enveloped in their own failures, accentuated by the presence of its unforgiving reminder, Eden Hotel. The beach is also pretty bad.
- There is no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea before bedtime.
- The hotel is right above a busy bar that generated noise until the early hours of the morning, though the noise wasn't too bad with the windows closed. The breakfast didn't offer much choice and wasn't the nicest I've had. The pool was very small and the solarium area got busy but we did manage to find sunbeds if we timed it right.

The hotel was close to the beach. The air conditioning worked well. The provided toiletries were nice. The staff were lovely and very friendly and the drinks from the bar were reasonable and could be delivered to the pool, though you had to go into the hotel and down two flights of stairs to order them.

Renovated rooms are very nice
Outside terrace is large enough but there is not enough privacy because you look directly on the neighbouring terraces
- The location is very good. - The furniture is new.- It was very clean.
- I booked a double room for me, my wife and 5 year old son which sleeps with us in the bed. Upon arrival I was forced to upgrade to a tripple room, paying an extra 50% because they did not allow us 3 to sleep in a double room. I did this before in another hotel in lido di jesolo and I also asked in other 4 star hotels and all said that it was no issue. For the total price that I had to pay for the extra bed which I did not use, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel, with better breakfast and included beach chairs. My complaints and also my request to cancel the last 2 days of our stay free of charge were disregarded. The only compromise was a 5% discount on the price of the forced upgrade.- the breakfast quality was good but every day they served the exact same food with few choices- the bathroom ceiling started leaking at some point- in the night i could constantly hear the water pipes. At some point my wife thought it was raining outside as the water flowing through the pipes (at least that is what I think it was) was so loud.
Lovely hotel. Right in the centre of the Square surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. But also is not too busy. Staff can’t do enough for you.
Nothing!
Plenty of choice for breakfast, really enjoyed the outdoor space
We had beach access and a balcony. But don’t take that for granted, it has to be paid for and we only got it after I queried it (and paid extra) ?
Friendly staff, very good breakfast, sunbeds on the beach - nice pool area. The hotel is located on the main promenade, which does not disturb the peace at night.
We couldn't park directly in the hotel parking lot - the stays are limited (however we got option to park quite nearby).
BreaKfast great . Location perfect , pool great .
Sun beds expensive
Everything. Location, rooms, staff so friendlyFood very good
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast!
We cannot express enough gratitude for the wonderful time spent at the Eden. Our "HAPPY PLACE". All the staff from the lovely Laura in reception, from the cute Linda in dining, the suberb cuisine from the chefs to our 1st class room service from our sweet Nettie. We could include everyones name if possible. you know who you are.xx.Always smiling and helpful. The nearby beach is so clean and the water was great for swimmimg. Is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely return next year. FABULOUS!! Thanks to all!xo PS. We think Alessandro could be the next Luciano Pavarotti!!!!
Nothing!!!
Staff were happy ? at all times. Always helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard ?. The food was excellent ?. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone for making our holiday perfect ? ?
The staff were lovely as was the hotel. The pool was great. My room was very small but very nice & clean.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable - very hard. I used my travel pillow. The breakfast was unsuitable to my diet with no fresh fruit options.
Overall satisfied, nice and friendly staff, beach, shops nearby
Top location on the main strip, with lots of shops and great restaurants. Short walk if you are arriving by bus. Hotel is modern and simple/minimalist with not much decor. The room is basic but clean, small bar fridge and desk. We got room with balcony but was no privacy from other rooms or the street, so not worth the extra money. Breakfast spread was pretty good, with your normal eggs, spreads, sweets and fruit. Pool is clean and modern but felt very small when there was groups of people there. Sun beds are not next to pool but down a level. Short walk to private beach, clean and safe, with a nice beach bar.
Room was a bit underwhelming for the price. Balcony has no proper side walls, naked man hanging up his swimmers next to me. Noice from partying people roaming the streets at night.
All well organised from checking in to checking out. Very good breakfast with an extensive choice and staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant.
The bed was the hardest we have ever slept on and found most uncomfortable. This is a comment not a complaint because the firmness of the mattress is a personal choice.
perfect location, big cozy room, extremely helpful and kindles staff
Surprising busy for late October (when many Jesolo hotels were closed) - on two nights there were tour parties, German I think). The hotel is spacious and efficiently run, and the reception staff are exceptionally helpful -- there was a glitch over my booking (with Booking.com) which the staff sorted out very quickly.I stayed half-board, and the food and service in the dining room was wonderful, better quality than I'd expected. The meals were a real experience and the waiting staff were so freindly and helpful. There are several self-service lavanderias in the resort, including a good one about 200m from the Eden.
Hotel Eden is a bit tricky to find on the first visit despite its high profile location; and Lido di Jesolo in at October is pretty lifeless.
