Pros +
- Location and breakfast and kindness of staff
- The triple room with sea view was large and spacious, and for the offer price (58€) was fine. The sea view was there, though second floor has better view. Double bed was indeed a double bed and not two beds pushed together. The breakfast had good options for a 3 star hotel(bacon, eggs, ham, cheese, some fresh fruits, sweet options as well). Not sure about variety - I stayed for one night. The hotel is close to the beach, and some rooms have beach pass included. If you don’t like “structured” beaches, there are small stretches of free beaches not far from the hotel. The beaches were not particularly crowded in September.
- Very clean and in front of the beach. Staff were helpful and responsive. Parking, breakfast, and beach chair/umbrella were included in the price of our room. The breakfast was good with a good variety. Staff were on hand to talk with and help guests and replenish food items. There is a very nice terrace on the front of the hotel with many seating options. We did not use the pool but it looked clean.
Cons -
- The staff was not very welcoming, it seems that they are not greetings guests even when guests greet them first. The parking outside the hotel is on multiple sides of the hotel (multiple small areas), with only one of those areas behind a lockable gate.I didn’t particularly like the fact that on your departure day, check out from parking and from the beach is at 10.00 (and on your arrival date, I received a message that one is welcome from 11.30 to get a parking spot and a beach pass.) maybe it’s possible to negotiate smth at the reception about a couple of extra hours, I didn’t try.
- There was a very strong sewer smell in our room. The staff on duty put something in the drain while we were at dinner and it was ok for the one night. Before dinner, we considered checking out and driving back home due to the smell. The area is a little ‘hot’; there are signs on the elevator advising guests to close windows at night to prevent theft. We did not have any problems and our car was fine in the morning.
- The parking is HORRIBLE. It is extremely tight. Not only dangerous but overal redicilous. If you weight more than 180lb you will not be able to get out of your car after you park it and for this reason only I rate this place with 2 stars on Google and for this reason only I do not recommend this place.

It is at great ( almost beach front ) location, rooms need some improvement but they are very clean and A/C works good. Staff is nice and helpfull and very good breakfast is served

The pool, breakfast and the location were great.
Old windows so you hear a LOT of noise from outside.
Very friendly staff, excellent location.
WiFi is terrible.
Away from busy part of town.Close to good restaurant.Safe place to store bikes.Good breakfast.
Noisy fan which was controlled centrally.Could hear guests in the next room.Shower curtain blew onto you when showering
Room and bathroom size, as well as the staff. One positive aspect was the option to have breakfast by the pool, which was a nice touch—especially since the weather was good that morning.
We chose this hotel so we could be close to the beach in the morning, but unfortunately, it was inaccessible due to construction work.Since we arrived late, we couldn’t use the pool (it’s open only until 7:00 PM), and in the morning we had to check out by 10:00 AM. They told us we could stay by the pool after checking out, but we had to move the car from the parking lot, so unfortunately, that plan also fell through. The room and bathroom are of adequate size, however, the shower cabin is very small—you can barely turn around in it—and it’s very slippery (be careful!). Both the room and bathroom were clean, but the cleaning product they use is very strong and the smell lingers in the room, so a tip—make sure to air out the room well.Breakfast was decent, but there wasn’t much variety. We came down for breakfast at 9:00 AM, and for example none of the three offered juices were available. On the bright side, it was a nice day, so at least we could have breakfast by the pool.
The hotel, although not new, was really cozy. Rooms were clean. Bathroom also clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. The walk around the hotel was really nice, hence the location of the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful.
Beds were a little bit uncomfy. Area around the hotel and inside the hallways was a bit loud during the late night hours.
Good facilities, clean, quiet, warm. Good value for money.
Nothing bad to say
Very friendly staff and good price. Breakfast is FANTASTIC, staff also. Room with the sea view. It is true that the facility is old, room is old, but is very clean. We were there for 4 nights, each day changing of the sheets and towels and cleaning of the room. :) Free bikes, extra stay for exploring Venice lagoon and enjoying the beach.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Right on the beach. Exceptionally clean-including the pool. Great breakfast with homemade cakes. Attentive service.
Room and balcony needs some renovation works.
Location ok
Very outdated and old.Cold floor, no carpet.
Nice place, good value. Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms.
You should have some carpet in rooms. The floor is bit cold.
Pleasant
Actually we didn't pick up this facility directly. At the same night, we were outside cause of ApartHotel Gherbin Jesolo didn't accept the check in at the 21.30 that we have reservation. We directly come to the hotel reception to get a room that we had checked the fee of room was 52 euros, receptionist told that 80 euros. I booked a room for 48 euros by Booking discount at that time the worker trying to explain different fee policy between Booking and their. Nonsense everywhere..
They had a space inside for our bikes. Nice room and breakfast was very good.
Needed a place overnight so much better than expected breakfast real treat sun beds pool and access to longamare
Dogs allowed everywhere in lido
Near beach , pool
Ita looks like from 90’
The hotel is near the seashore, has a friendly stuff, good breakfast.
