New renovated apartments, somewhat modern

Evening menu not being displayed each day - given after asking for it.

The staff was friendly, helpful. The swimmingpool was clean.the beach was very close with pleanty of privat sunbed reserved for the hotel guests.

the room we got was nothing like on the many pictures of different rooms, on the website, it was dark, rusty old room not like you would expect from 4 stars.

It is a beachfront location, very clean and friendly people

The Town, the main street, the beach was very good, and clear. The fruits at the brakefast was very tasty. Some member of the staff was very kind.

The hotel isn't very high quality, not ****, really not :( The furnitures was old, and so used )Our room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the fridge was dirty too!! There was a socks in the wardrobe : (The daily cleaning was not so thorough, and they changed the towels only if we left some money for it... (there wasn't protocol for the exchange). The bed was not comfortable for me, but this is an individual problem.The brakefast was average, and not so varied.

Very kind and helpful staff, thanks a lot for that. Very good location, very nice pool and good restaurant, wonderful beach with own beds and parasol and safe. Confortable and clean room. We had a pleasant stay, and we would go back again.

The room is small, but we knew it in advance. We have seen negative comments before arrival so we had lower expectations, but none of them was really problematic for us in reality.

It was close to the shore

1.The bathroom was muddy when we arrived.2.The bed was too small, causing our feet to hang off the edge.3.Their advertisement claimed they cater to allergens, but when we informed them of our lactose intolerance, they said there was nothing we could eat despite having prepaid for meals.4.One hour after breakfast service started, there was hardly any food left in the buffet.5.The staff only spoke Italian and no other languages.6.During our first dinner, we received no information on what was included in our package and what would incur extra charges.7.The quality of the dinner was so poor that several guests, including us, chose to eat elsewhere in the following days, even though we had already paid for the meals. The food was inedible.8.We had to beg for daily room cleaning, and even then, it was done poorly. The trash bin smelled the entire week.9.There was only one accessible outlet in a double room. In 2024, it’s unacceptable not to be able to charge our phones simultaneously. When we raised this issue, we were told to sit in the bathroom to charge our phones since there was an outlet there.10.The pool was colder than the sea.11.The doors sometimes took up to 10 attempts to unlock.12.The advertisement claimed the hotel had a private parking lot, but it was always full because staff and delivery trucks occupied the spaces. When we complained, they directed us to another parking lot supposedly 100 meters away, which was actually a 10-minute walk. We had to walk back and forth in the pouring rain with our luggage to bring everything in.13.The Wi-Fi, advertised as ultra-fast, was so slow it couldn’t even load Facebook.14.Whenever we reported an issue to the staff, their only response was “sorry.” We paid a significant amount of money for services advertised, none of which were actually provided.Overall, we feel cheated and regret choosing this hotel for our stay. We strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

The dining staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size. The location was excellent, right on the beach.

The bedrooms could have been cleaner. We had fresh towels every day but the floor wasn’t mopped. The staircase could also be cleaner, it also wasn’t swept.

Location of apartments is not great but is within a few minutes walk of beach and bars / restaurants

Apartment had bunk beds in the kitchen, no sofa. Bins not emptied prior to arrival! Balcony overlooking local scrap yard. Parking very poor unless you can get a space nearby! Evening meal included was not the worst food but the restaurant area was horrendous. Not a place to eat / drink. We only ate there once, only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights payed for and tried to avoid spending any time in the apartment as it was grim.

I didn't like the hotel very much, despite the staff who were very smiling and kind, because the room was with very old furnitures and my expectation was that I will stay in a renovated room. Everything except the bathroom looks very oldfashion.The hotel offers a great breakfast and has its own beach which is kept very clean. Very good location of the hotel - full of restaurants and shops around.

Pictures in Booking.com are a bit misleading, in reality the hotel doesn't look that luxury.Parking area infront the hotel is not big and when it's get full they ask you to park your car in an other parking which is 500 meters away.

Great location for the main restaurants and shops, and also the beach.Staff v helpful.Room clean and comfortable.

It was all a good standard. One slight point was that at times breakfast items were a little slow to be restocked but staff always responded.The 'jacuzzi' pics confused us ;) - not really a criticism.

The location is medium good

The hotel cleaning crew were wery impolite, noisy, start the washing maschine at 7 in the morning next to our room 401. When ask to be quiet were laughing on us. Terrible.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, staff was friendly

We had a little apartment in another house from the hotel, the hallway didn’t have a good smell and didn’t feel clean or nice. At the beach it was hard to find our umbrella and was a small place for family if 4.

Bed very hard and extremely uncomfortable

Location, great staff, exceptionally clean, well-kept Pool and yards from a beautiful sandy beach.

Could be crowded around the tea and coffee making facilities at breakfast and also should have heat lamps over the limited hot breakfast items

in general our stay was quite nice ...the rooms were really cool and also the contiguity to the beach was greatthe staff at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was (at least) willing to do their best ;-)

the breakfast was really poor (unattractive buffet and a very small variety of food) ... same for the dinner (very small selection of dishes)the young ladies at the restaurant were obviously not trained and unable to cope ... they didnt manage to clean the tables etc ... but they at least tried their best ;-)
