Amazing staff, very friendly, supportive and dedicated to customer service. Good location, nearby the beach and free parking which is a huge plus. Able to rent free of charge bikes for 2 hours (only), although there are plenty of them available. The breakfast was relatively rich, good quality of products.

The facilities, and building per se are very old, the elevator is tiny, only fitting 3 people or two people with luggage. Although the hotel suffered some renovations, the room we got looked terrible, small twin beds which were uncomfortable, painting falling from the ceiling and walls, tiny balcony for one person, tiny shower with a shower curtain, basically for short and skinny customers.

Everything was great! Hotel is near to beach, rooms clean, food good.

I have to admit stuff was very nice, location amazing. Everything is so close, beach, restaurants and shops, bus station behind the hotel and the parking spot as well. It was clean. The size of the room is ok for the price.

The furniture in the room is ancient. The ceiling is peeling, and the balcony is small—only enough for one person. The biggest downside is that there is no minibar. I could see that some rooms had been renovated, but ours wasn’t. The elevator is very small—only two people and some luggage can fit. The pool was under renovation, so we weren’t able to use it. The breakfast is modest, but sufficient.It could be slightly cheaper for this room what we got.

The room was basic but had everything such as storage (cupboards and drawers), towels, charge point, wifi, functioning lift and close to the beach.The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind.Enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

It would have been lovely if one could hire a towel to take to the beach.

Nice decoration of the room. Good location, close to the beach. Free parking subumbrella and bed included in the price.

Elevator

Very good location 5min walk to beach, the bus stop is right behing the hotel. The receptionist was the nicest person ever. Also the house keeping lady. The AC worked great. Spacious room. Overall would visit again.

Would be nice to have some extra amenities to male the stay more comofrtable e.g. Shower gel, soap dispenser, hanger for towels in bathroom or a clothes hanger on the balcony for all the beach towels and bathint suits etc.

Deluxe room was nice and clean, a good offer for that price. Location is perfect, the beach is really close. Quite basic breakfast, but with good quality food.

Please install a soft closer to the cleaners room's door on level 3, next to room 303! The door shuts so strong and loud, that the walls were shaking! This woke up the kids from their afternoon nap every day during our stay. This was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is quite close to the beach with their own sunbeds and free parking area. The room with balcony was cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent a nice vacation here.

Amazing breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the beach. Free parking. Nice size pool. Free use of bicycles. Friendly personnel. Small balcony. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfy beds. Daily clean towels and housekeeping.

The bathroom and shower are small, and sometimes there was a funny smell. The walls are quite thin. A small fridge would have been nice. The room, pool area, and basically the entire hotel, are a bit dated. The parking can get crowded when it’s busy.

It was our second time here with two small kids, we really liked the spacious room and bathroom. The location is great, the beach also. Perfect for a family holiday. The breakfast is now bufet style with a great selection, it is a great improvement.

A little bit smaller parking, but normal for this place

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and only 100m walk to their own beach. You have all the restaurants,cafés,boutiqes and all you need right in front of you. The room was clean when we arrived and your room gets cleaned every day. The hotel looked good from the outside and half of the room were renovated and new and the other half wasn’t. But great location! The staff were kind and helpful, especially the lady who cleaned the rooms, she was awesome and really kind!

We booked 2 rooms and both were located in what looked like the old part of the hotel. It looked like one part of the hotel was renovated and had new and fresh rooms and the other part wasn’t. Maybe they will be renovated when the tourist season is over or something I don’t know. But our room had a green wall from which colour had started to peel off. The bed wasn’t more than 140-150cm wide and was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel. It was tooooo hard to sleep on and it was actually two matrasses so you felt if you slept on the middle part. Which was uncomfortable also. The extra bed was also uncomfortable. The toliet was really small and old style. You have to close the doors of the cabin shower inwards to be able to go to the toilet otherwise it’s impossible. No safe and no minibar in the room. The glass on the door to the balcony was foggy and old. But the balcony was ok. We stayed in this room with twi children, one of them is only 1 years old and the hotel knew this. The electricity where you plug in your charger was wide OPEN?! We didn’t see this untill day 2 when our baby tried to put his fingers inside. It is a shame that the staff didn’t take this in consideration when they saw that we have a baby. A hole in the wall with pure cables hanging outside is unacceptable in 2023! We put the night table in front of the whole and solve the problem. Our experience was still positive about this hotel and maybe if we would have got a new room this would not be the problem. Maybe this would will change unil next year and I hope it does because it’s not great. The room it self was quite small for 4 people.

The rooms are either very good, or very cheap.I had one of the small rooms first and they were really cheap (way too small bathroom, way to small balcony, everything was small and you had very less space to move through) but then i asked for a nother room and that one was actuall pretty good for the price.
